@Ella Thanks for your very balanced view and observations ... I hope no apology is needed with CASA payment and loan note being both paid in full in a timely fashion.
Fingers crossed we could do with some good news!

It's the same thing though always. Question is raised. Everyone throws in a big load of opinion, mixes it around and ends up with a big cup of confused.
I just can't get involved anymore. Sharing opinion on here is pointless it just ends badly lol.
Ella has a thousand concerns she posts regularly. That's fine. However won't answer why he/she is invested still despite these concerns they just have good reason.
I said yesterday, if you've got a concern raise it with arcm. Otherwise it's just opinion and speculation, which we know doesn't. End well on this board.
Anyway, get a hose out and cool off lol. They said to the market in the IC they are cashed up. They've also said they weren't reliant on casa. Sure, things can change. I'll wait to see if I hear back from the horse's mouth.
Radio silence on a number of things from arcm ATM, but we know the are in discussions with majors so they are being careful imo. Under guidance from Roth's.
Rightly or wrongly I have trust in the BoD. If I didn't I wouldn't be invested! You're nuts if you have no trust but invest.
So I will go by what they tell the market, not what MM, China Blue, Ella etc believe is happening based on their own interpretation.
I'm open to balanced debate. If the poster themselves show they have a balanced view. All of the above has a negative bias in their posts.
They may well end up correct, but I've heard nothing from the horses mouth that says we need to worry ATM. Quite the opposite.
The market drop is clearly unwanted and unexpected given the circumstances but it's driven by emotion and fear. Im happy to be contrarian until I see or hear something that changes why I invested.
Anyway, rant over.

Whether intended or not this whole credit note debate feels like a tag team gaslighting attempt.
Anyone in any doubt about the loan note and Ellas (or whatever it's called) attempt to create doubt (again) just look at Dcats post on twitter-it sums up the facts and Ella very well
In all seriousness, if someone who can explain this well should get an email to Arc.
In 30 years experience I have never seen a loan note presented as cash. Current Asset yes, as a debtor.
What market would you be selling it on? How do you turn it to cash in a day? You can't.
But you can with CP, bonds etc
It has no equivalence to cash.
And as for switching to dollars, companies do that sometimes on the international stage. It speaks to a wider audience.
Sewingmachine if the loan note matures within 3 months there appears to be leeway to count it as a cash equivalent?
A loan note is not cash eq. It is a Debtor, so part of current assets not cash. May even form part of fixed assets depending on the length of the loan note.
An email should sort this all out?
And I don't believe you as far as I can throw you.
A loan note is not a cash equivalent.
The company has done 2 raises in the last year.
Slurms, Im not Ella. I was trying to show how the last 3 posts at the time applied to the statement I was making. one of them my own post. You need to move past all that sort of stuff. Im not here to deramp or ramp the SP, I was just interested in the topic being discussed, as originally stated it tied in with the book I was reading etc etc.
Folk should certainly do their own research and not blindly believe what I post. Cash and cash equivalent of $5.3m was quoted in dollars for the first time and appears to include the CASA loan. The original CASA loan was due to mature on the 19th March and possibly goes some to explaining the unexpected placing in March. I guestimate we will have somewhere over £1m raised by warrants since the cash position was announced. Assuming we are now drilling with 2 rigs, the airborne survey contract has been signed and the scoping study paid for then if the new Casa deal doesn't materialise within 2 weeks I would expect another placing or fund raise of some description within that sort of time frame. This is obviously only my opinion and only time will tell.
If in a months time a placing/fund raise hasn't happened, the new CASA deal hasn't been confirmed, we are drilling with 2 rigs, have the airborne survey and the have results of the scoping study I will post an apology for using the available evidence to come up with an incorrect conclusion.
This has done the rounds lately (full repost on the FRR BB) How paid derampers operate -
"We have multiple accounts/identities split into 4 categories of characters we've created:
1. The blatant negative shorter who's aim is to create negative subject headings and get them pushed to the top of the chat.
2 & 3. The wingmen who back up no.1 by being negative on the stock but with more substance around why.
4. The concerned holder who sways from being positive about the share to win trust before then losing faith and encouraging others to do the same."
Plenty of similarities with some posters associated with Arcm, of course some like CB are a bit more 'inept' at this game than others and easily trip themselves up. Should get sacked soon and go back to washing windscreens, picking cabbages or selling copies of the Big Issue or whatevs...
Multiple accounts, CB was bragging on twitter that he fooled everybody. By using a fake id to praise Arcm and got a lot of praise from fellow lse bb. He then realised his mistake of revelation and deleted the tweet. Games being played by some here. Ella10 talking to himself through Dartoon, and coming up with some BS line of thought? Plenty of people looking for a cheaper entry via subtle deramp, cilla always trying it. Nothing surprises me with 'Trash Talk'.
Ella, as previously advised "Either you are very stupid or you consider me very stupid. Neither option suggest that you are particularly clever."
MT,
The 5th May RNS is irrelevant because it is still only a proposal!!
The other likely account is one that wasn't referenced in the list and and agreed with him, because the Dartron account was being used to reinforce a point.
Sorry that's the most likely explanation.
Ella, on my Callander the month of May comes after the month of April.
Therfore the statement below from the 5th of May RNS renders everything from April RNS irrelevant.
Either you are very stupid or you consider me very stupid. Neither option suggest that you are particularly clever.
From 5th MAY rns
"As a result of the new transaction, Arc and Golden Square agree to release and discharge the other from all claims / demands in respect of the original transaction with Golden Square subject to closing of the Transaction."
Your credabilty is shot here. You must realise you are no longer relevant on this BB. Must be time for a new pseudonym.
Dartron definitely has multiple accounts.
If they're smart they've used seperate IPs if not, LSE will probably remove all their accounts.
Reminds me of the time another poster did this and was left feeling "blue".
I agree the last line of Dartons post is a bit odd but you're in the wrong forest so nowhere near the correct tree....
Yeah its pretty clear Ella / Dartron is the same bloke… unless he’s got dementia and forgot who he was :-)
MT,
You are quoting an irrelevant RNS. This is the relevant one

I smell a rat here.
