I think half the problem here is nobody realises the co wholly owns https://id4clm.com/
They could do with some PR. It?s going to be a hot sector in coming years, digital verification
Financial institutions are increasingly under the microscope when it comes to both consumer expectations and regulatory requirements. Using a layered and risk-based approach can be a big advantage in this space – tapping into diverse data sources enables financial institutions to have complete flexibility in their AML, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Know Your Business (KYB) checks depending on the type of business or service and at each stage of the customer journey. Leveraging this customised approach allows financial institutions to have control over the user experience while ensuring regulatory requirements are met, and ultimately finding that sweet spot of ‘friction’ that keeps their users safe and happy with the onboarding process.
“Following the Company's recent acquisition of id4, commensurate fund raising and subsequently reported board changes, I am happy to report that the current Board has immediately implemented a revised strategy to accelerate sales growth, which is showing instantaneous positive preliminary results. In the past couple of weeks, id4 has brought on 6 potential new clients, all of which are now testing the id4's KYC/AML solution "ID & Verification (ID&V)". Two of these potential clients have also expressed interest in testing id4's expanded solution "Anti-Money Laundering (AML)".
"Further, at the risk of jinxing the outcome, I am also pleased to announce that on-going contract negotiations with a division of a major Swiss Financial Institution are in final legal review, which should hopefully result in the imminent execution of contracts. I look forward to being able to report the result of these negotiations in the near future."

ID & Verification
The go-to solution for financial industry professionals wanting a seamless, digital solution that identifies and verifies clients in real-time.
Some revenue figures now. Could be some noise around this area, now that Lloyds/Natwest and others are supporting digital ID.

So 23 trades and nearly 3 million traded today.
We’re certainly due some news, it’s been quiet since a trading update, on the last day of February.
That mini rise is all over now then.
Back to sitting and waiting.
Just messing, but it is nice to see a few buys this afternoon.
id4 acquired by AMOI at 4p a share, £5.3m. We might be getting some interest in AMOI now.
a few chunky trades,just there?
Not much happening at all, but a large trade today may spark some life into the price.
2,775,000 shares at 2.5p
Looks like things are still progressing, nice to get an update this morning.
Don’t think it will be noticed much, especially on a day like this.
Very unsettled world we’re living at the moment, such a waste of life, energy and money.
These leaders who want to takeover their neighbours, could leave such a better legacy by building a prosperous peaceful country for their people to live their one and only life in.
It’s the same all through history though, we just don’t learn.
Well the sell trades continue in bits & drabs.
The market could do with some integration from the new company, id4.
Let us know their goals, outlook and company plans going forward.
I appreciate it’s early days, but something would be nice.
Late holding RNS today, Grant Nominees hold 4.91%.
Hopefully a bit of life being breathed into AMOI.
Hi Barry
Thanks for the links.
Could be a good time to get in at ground level, I’ve been here a few weeks short of a year now.
Bought 75,000 more today @ 3.7375p.
Having only re listed December and then the holidays, I didn’t expect much, but hopefully we’ll get a little bit of coverage now the New Year has started.
Hi,
Feeling V positive about this share, just so surprised how quiet things are ?
Limited trades and chat on all platforms.
This tech alone in the current climate is huge potential.

Combined with this section: https://id4clm.com/customer-lifecycle-management/
I see great things ahead for this company/share.
thoughts?
So trading starts Friday, was hoping for a higher share issue price, rather than the same as the suspension price, but a couple of £m raised at 4p for working capital so there’s some confidence in the market.
Be interesting to see who’s put their money in.
Looks like the RTO is still on with id4.
Notice the….Thalassa’s subsidiary id4 comment.
Thalassa's subsidiary id4 delivers Client Space solution
This announcement contains inside information for the purposes of Article 7 of Regulation 596/2014.
id4 is pleased to announce that it has successfully delivered a Client Space solution to Geneva Management Group, a Swiss based group that comprises a regulated manager of collective assets and Independent Asset Manager companies, collectively referred as "GMG".
The id4 Client Space solution, delivered using cloud-based technology, will enable GMG to onboard clients remotely and to review KYC profiles periodically with the following functionalities:
? Online identification and electronic signature
? Guided Client Onboarding
? Automated Screening
? Investment Profiling
? FCC Risk Calculation
? Task management
The deployment of a flexible, and off-the-shelf solution will enable our client to streamline its onboarding processes whilst simultaneously meeting ever-increasing regulatory obligations.
There we are, id4 is our target but no figures yet, fund raising to be announced for working capital, id4 owners are receiving all shares, hopefully at a lot higher price.
Showing a suspended this morning on Sharepad, maybe things are finally happening?
well those results gave nothing away and released after market closed
hearing rumours this spac could be targeting canabis. if true say hello to a 50 bag imo
Taken an extra 50,000 @ 5p this morning.
Next week’s RNS should throw some more information our way.
