He says he bought a stake in Aston Martin Lagonda
He said he’s not taking a place on the board, he’s purely a investor with a 1% stake.
He’s he believes the Aston Martin brand is ‘UNDERVALUED’ even considering the financial metrics of a relatively high debt rate and slow car sales, The SUV will be a game changer.
States in the article AML shares could fly!
Sorry 3300, beyond my capabilities, techno phob.
The article is on page 127 of today’s Mail On Sunday, perhaps someone else could post it.
Finding a cure for this virus will send the whole market to the stratosphere. Boosting this too. Just the announcement would do it.

It is quick overall resume but important paragraph quotes from him is..............He is still investing and recently bought a 0.95 per cent stake in struggling luxury auto maker Aston Martin.
He insists that it is purely a financial investment and explains that he is 'not playing any operational or executive role'. 'I'm not going to be the CEO and I'm not going to be sitting on the board. I am just in there as one of the investors who believe that this could fly. I believe that the Aston Martin brand is undervalued, even considering the financial metrics of a relatively high debt rate and slow car sales. The SUV will be a game changer.'

Thanks noah
No worries ;)
Been read all the posts yesterday (some posts was appallingly!) and today (good one so far touch wood!) just haven’t got the time (walking) with wife and dog but will post here later... about valid points of AML and hope someone got knowledge.
Thank you to some of you (very good posts on yesterday which I will respond later today)
Last Friday news will be my focus question as there still unanswered as some suggested from you (board room) are really giving a feeling or guess based on intuition rather than facts.
2 link - read yesterday bed time....
https://carbuzz.com/news/aston-martin-might-need-amg-more-than-ever (Just gossip).
https://www.theguardian.com/business/2019/sep/25/aston-martin-to-pay-steep-interest-rate-on-150m-bond (This is one of main of last Friday news and if you read carefully.... one of red flag are gone, and re-financially is good but still not good enough as we know that... now the first positive news could be Q1 in 2021 and it need lots to jump hurdles to get there but look positive due to his ruthless styles but what at cost? No one will know and Wolff in confidence because he will access ALL placing if there any arise to keep his % maintain but we not unless jump in unknown price (braver) .....
Also the extra shares issues of last Friday I won’t be surprised if STROLL give individual different dates to allowed to sell etc.... once shorter play game (depends date) then Stroll will know who lend to shorter etc....
Off to walking now
Not sure there's anything new said in there... nice basic overview though.
One point not quite right... the 10% of Mercedes F1 that Lauda owned goes back to the team after his passing, not his family.
But did anyone else get the DBX video bottom right!?
Noah
I value your posts and find them informative and interesting but they can be a bit cryptic and ambiguous as a newbie so I’m never quite sure if I’ve got it right.
Is the red flag removed the order numbers which the RNS on Friday said had been exceeded?
Thanks again and I’ll wait you coming back from your walk
Pantarei,
The RED FLAG, well it positive to see that we have clear out the loan of 12% (‘high interesting’) and broker’s class this as business are struggles inflow etc... potential bankruptcy.
However this doesn’t mean the red flag are removed, as we have seen the debt are increase to over 880mill but it was expected. (Look RNS’s)
End of the day we are in uncertain territory not because of bad business as we know Stroll co has take over the management and I strongly believe it in good hand however at what cost we yet to know also covid19 etc ... if you seen recently news there is real possible to 2nd lockdown this week at Leicester area so if our PM BORIS confirms the second lockdown all the SP going be not good but it will come back to up.
I have seen/read (AML popular posts) keep say can’t below .49,45,40,35 etc which I tend to agree BUT WE ARE IN UNKNOWN territory at moment so god know what bring in next few days and the raining day fund would be useful.
Thanks noah
