So if it's a no brainer hopefully we will see a gap up on the 13TH
Unlucky number for some.................... LOL
In psychology, the emotional reaction and mood of bitterness is referred to as ’embitterment’. It is an emotional state of feeling let down and unable to do anything about it, or, more colloquially, to always feeling a ‘loser’.Embitterment is different than anger because although it involves the same outrage it also involves feeling helpless to change things.
It's fine.
Obviously there are historical issues with the company , thats why it's a shell. Complaining about it isn't going to help.
The reverse of Apollon into this company wouldn't have happened unless it had a mountain of pain associated with it. Thats why its a shell!! That shouldn't need explaining but I will do it anyway.
For those looking at buying now it's a totally different story. A 1:100 reconstruction from 3.1 billion shares to 31 million shares now makes a huge difference. Its at shell value now with Apollon about to take control, old out, new in..
Not averaging down at these prices just demonstrates how little you know about trading IMHO.
This is a "no brainer" as I see it but as always DYOR HODL and lets see..
The future here can't be as bad as the past....... IMHO .... DYOR
Money still being made in fish fruit and vegetables plus the herb's IMHO ...... DYOR
I’ll not touch a pennies worth more in this share until we know and see exactly what is taking place. Granted cannabis dynamic might be worth a fortune so maybe that supports clawing my money back but I don’t think this is an averaging down point.
I’ll hold, do nothing and if I get my original buy back that’s fine by me, even half. Sometimes it’s not about wanting more it’s about getting back. This shares long gone for me in wanting %s back, Leno gas as the Doc says no doubt was very good at promoting but afriag as a business was never going anywhere
I bought a very small amount of shares right at the beginning thinking I couldn't go wrong with David Lenigas, but didn't know enough about the company... - 1,020 shares seem to have cost me £1,977.02 - no idea how they were that expensive - that's £1.92 per share they were never anywhere near that much were they....?? Thank goodness I didn't throw tons of money at it from the beginning. Who knows how long it's going to take to make a profit....I guess the only real option is to wait until they dilute and buy in at the lower point to try to balance it out....but do we think it's even worth doing that?
Andrew the CBX share price has dropped by about half since this was written.
The Doc's trademarked and patents may do well, he appears to be well known and trusted in the industry.....
The weekly amount of oil that he talks about could prove very profitable if he can get the orders to supply.
Once floated the company has spoken about news coming thick and fast to date at this stage the news flow via twitter has IMHO been good.
Hoping to see press reports in the next 2 weeks...... Lets see..
Pleased to hear that you are going to give it another year as you we're the largest shareholder out of us all that declared stock holdings on the old AFRI ........... BB
We used to have some good researchers on the old AFRI BB the chap that managed to get into the road cameras outside the AfriAG HQ was first class........
However it is my belief that Dave Lenigas and the rest of the BOD did not want us finding out too much on the news front, the video I found on Youtube about the AfriAG truck at the border post got removed....
Did read that UK CBD to be more regulated for quality, a plus point for us........... IMHO.... DYOR
Hi Kenny, difficult to predict. Just looked back at previous placings in 2019. The company raised about £1.4m at what would now be 10.00p per shares to fund the Apollon investment. So you will probably have a lot of selling around that price, but if Apollon pull a rabbit out of the hat, the shares could quickly be soaked up.
I have decided to give it another year to see how Apollon develops the business and the take up of their various strategies/plans. Could be a very exciting time.
350 % ----------- 400 % gap up would be nice....................... LOL
This latest bout of UK market activity comes on a momentous day for the main London Stock Exchange where Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX) becomes the first CBD company to debut in its 320-year history. Its stock price was up 300% in early trading
Medical Cannabis Exports
Dr Stephen Barnhill, CEO and Founder of Apollon, told BusinessCann it is excited by the prospects that lie ahead. “This is a big opportunity for us. we will be a public company that can handle THC. It’s very exciting.
“Apollon delivers high-end formulations of disease-specific products that are patient-specific. One of our aims is to secure the clinical data which can help get the world educated on how to use medical cannabis correctly.
“With all of the necessary licences secured in Jamaica Apollon is now looking to the export markets of Europe, UK, North and South America – anywhere where medical cannabis is legal.”
zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
After giving a medical cannabis talk on the Caribbean island in 2015 he was asked by the Jamaican government to establish a legal treatment facility and assimilate clinical data.

In order to take advantage of a growing legal market and to improve farmers’ incomes, the Moroccan government wants to legalise cannabis for medical and industrial use as well as regulate its production.
Apollon has created and obtained proprietary hybrid medical cannabis pharmaceutical strains, technology, formulations, and treatment products.
Many of these formulations were created using Apollon’s proprietary artificial intelligence techniques and include:
Apollon NAUSEA™
Apollon PAIN™
Apollon SLEEP™
Apollon ANTI-INFLAMMATORY™
Apollon SEIZURES™
Apollon APPETITE™
Apollon CANCER™ (APM™) – High Times Cannabis Cup 1 st Place Winner
unvrkw - good questions, but other than the amount of shares that will be issue which is stated, it is very difficult to work out how the market will value the company.
The downside is the placing at 5.00p which I believe will probably be churned very quickly if there are buyers. Apollon current investors and directors are getting shares at 6.00p, but they have a lock-in period, so should not be a problem.
For me, it depends on the revenue generation announcements they make once the RTO completes. They are sounding very bullish and with some patent protected products and formulas, could very much surprise to the upside.
I am going to wait until the RTO completes, and if the share price drops to the 7.00p to 8.00p range, I will buy to reduce my average.
The company certainly sounds like it has the potential and if you forget about the current 'three musketeers' who were allegedly running AfriAg, there is probably a good case for investing in Apollon Formularies. All IMHO.

what is the exact dilution, change in share distribution when the reverse takeover completes? so how many share will we hold against the new shares on the exchange and hence that helps to understand immediate value to us and then an understand of % increase needed to get your money either back or buy before or after the change
