The base has now formed with Afentra now a circa 7000k producir. The risk of the deal Azule falling through was massive, being nearly 50% of the production. New deals and organic growth will occur, but the safety net under the Mcap currently is outstanding. Daily movements should be ignored and just let this company growth. It's how you make your millions, for example when Baron held SQZ from the low pennies to ~£1.30. Risk removed enables easy holds no matter what profit youre in.
A bit of an unexpected rubbish end to the day to be honest. Fell back to opening price almost. I wonder why?
He'll be back under a different alias, for certain, as always.
Looks like he's off the site. I just tried to look at his posting history & it's all gone - everything.
Hopefully he's been banned now.
Oh JW....what a guy!! I remember saying at 40p how much I pity you as it must be so painful watching this continually rise...
is it fully valued for existing production - of course it is now. so why does the price keep going up? because its obvious to anyone with half a brain cell that the next deal where we are effectively paid to take assets day 1 is probably lined up...not to mention smart investors will realise the playbook for going forward is now entirely proven. you see the big 200k trades going through JW? this is slower moving institutions (originally hampered by small market cap) waking up and going 's***...we are going to miss out on a potential rockrose v2'...
broker target prices here completely irrelevant now...they are based on existing production. fine if you want to base your investing off those numbers...but for the people wanting serious multi-bagging performance, we will stick with it thanks!
No.
We post our thoughts on fair valuation based on: information known and calculations based on barrels of oil, exchange rates, profit per barrel etc. Clear for all to see and either agree or disagree with.
You just post meaningless one-liners about being "overbought" or "oil price is falling" without ANY structured arguments.
You are a blatant shorter.
Fair?
Maverick - as per the broker note released today when adjusting for post-tax oil sales of accrued oil inventory the company is actually net cash of circa $13m. And that’s with a conservative price of $75/bbl applied. 450k bbls to be sold in June and there will be many more liftings for many more years given the license was extended to 2040. This company is in an OUTSTANDING position for another acquisition and I for one look forward to dividends.
Good aet goin up mkt cap 140m another of my stock jse with over 17kbopd and mkt cap just 180m.
Hoping jse does what aet is doing...
How much fur 800k bbls of oil dae the maths man!
Donmac101 - where did you get the "no debt" from, RNS clearly states:
"· Financial position at completion:
o Net Debt is expected to be $46.2m
o Crude oil stock of around 840,000 bbls"
Wonderful stuff but still only early days. Management doing very well on the deal front so far. The financial strength of the company makes it look primed for more deals. This company could be something very special.
Sellers done for moment next step up.
For sure DonMac. To be fair to sellers, this morning was a the best opportunity for many to sell.
However, I can't understand the thought process on the back of that update
Presentation (on web site) says oil stock is worth $63m -$75 per barrel. $33m due in June.
Big hand fur mcdade and crew .
Pulled this off with no dilution and now no debt ,masterstroke.
Feel next deal will "Blow the bloody doors off"
Some large holder dumping 25k chunks holding price back Tr1 shortly methinks.
Congratulations to all holders! Stunning update and can’t wait for the webinar
21 million in bank at completion,$570k a day flowing into coffers as well .
Inventory of 840,000 barrels = $42million @ $50 per barrel.
Next month will be the second time we've lifted 450,000 barrels this year. Realistically, we can expect 2 more lifts between July and December.
I expect 70p+ in quick time.
This is a cash machine.
Nice to see the azule breakdown , given the inherited oil , they get paid $8m to take on this asset ! what is not to like
! offload the inventory and debt free , with half being offloaded in June ...
No reason why this shouldn't fly today!
Azule completed
Lifting confirmed early june
Annual report confirmed early june
LFG!
