ADA. Completes the asset sale of Mibilexell Networks (Israel) Ltd for a consideration of circa £2.75Mns primarily in cash, funds will be held enscrow and will be released to shareholders at the earliest opportunity.
ADA. Oh well did not quite pan out as we were led to believe, but at least we will end up with a cash shell. Another Co assigned to the "recycle bin"
MOBIXELL NETWORKS AND ADAMIND ANNOUNCE A STRATEGIC ALLIANCE BETWEEN THE TWO COMPANIES http://www.adamind.com/press_11_02_07.php Here is an interesting web page from the Israeli Venture Capital research centre. http://ivc-online.com/G_info.asp?objectType=1&fObjectID=2912 If you scroll down and look under general info and remarks it says 01/07 Acquired Adamind for $30m dollars. That equates to about 43p a share.
ADA. I hoped you stroked the hot iron. No turning back now, good profits to those who were in early, for others there may well be a second chance in a while.
Unusual amount of action here today. I'm glad, been sitting on these for a while now.
Adamind Ltd. ('Adamind' or the 'Company'), a global supplier of software that enables mobile multimedia content and converged communications services to be experienced over any device or network, announces that it has been selected by IBM to provide its Adamind SpirePlatform as the core content adaptation component for IBM's Service Delivery Platform (SDP) solution at one of India's largest service operators. The contract will generate revenues of more than $2.5 million for Adamind spread over a number of years and has been factored into the revenue guidance for 2006 provided by the Company on 30 August 2006. The Company expects that further licenses will be purchased in following years by the provider as traffic increases and upgrades are required.
ADA. Now that we know that the Directors will not accept any old offer for our business, we can expect more Corporate activity here with a possibility of competing offers coming through, not knowing the full value of the recent bid, it is difficult to assess what the Directors would accept as a "true vallued" offer, but anything approaching 60p may just swing it, I would like to be crazy for a moment and suggest 80p to £1 but the market would be too strong for now, but who knows.
Anyone know more about the unsolicited offer for Adamind?
ADA. Strike while the iron is hot, at interim stage shareholder funds stood at £22Mns with issued shares amounting to 47Mns, the realistic price for this co should be around 60p which includes about a 20p premium to fair value. The opening salvo will not be enough to tempt the directors, who may have an alternative suggestion to realising true shareholder value here, who knows we may even see a competing bid announced soon.
Hey thank you very much for your advice glue factory and Davius, i sold my ADA shares last week just before the sell price dropped 2p down to 20p, so timing couldn't have been better (i got lucky). I've also moved to OXS and believe next Friday could be very positive, even so this share is undervalued. Now have holdings in OXS, ULT, BLR and ULT, feel very positively about them all i reccommend checking ULT out big news in the pipeline!.
It seems to me like a sensible decision to switch from ADA to OXS as a short term view. Shame about the loss but you can't win them all. I think ADA does look like a good longer term hold though, several decent contracts set back the shares, by being signed later than expected. However, OXS is more likely to rise quickly on any good news, I suspect.
Sold this morning. Those were my 19,000 shares shown as delayed trade.Took a £950 hit(not including costs of £120),as I needed to move on to a more active and hopefully more productive share.Have doubled up on OXS at 22p,coupled with a previous purchase of 20,000 at 24.5p to average at 23.25p and awaiting a surge
Hi gluefactory interesting post, i too share your concerns the market doesn't currently seem interested but i believe it will in time. This share can't possibly go much further south, whereas potential upsides of the share remain very interesting. Any further thoughts from anyone would be greatly appreciated as i am still unsure. When will u be selling gluefactory.
£4,180!!! Just does not seem to be happening for this particular share.Low volumes and reduced spread spells danger
now obviously got this wrong - but DNII dropped by 50% today giving them a market cap of .80m , but looking at digital look says they've got net assets of £20m...47p a share - what an i missing in my amateurish way !?
check out CFL (Contentfilm) - excellent cash management has turned serious leverage last year to strong position this year. imho a buy but dyor btw ULT - agreed but unfortunately bought in when it was circa 3p. but it i'm holding as i can see it going back up
I bought in on this at 27p on Monday agreeing with all your opinions and dmor. This one looks good for a big correction i hope, Friday should give us a hint then not long to the results. I also reccommend checking out ULT i'll be buying in soon i think it looks good. What you guys think.
ADA- For those who like ADA- does anyone have an opinion on AKI?? Took a similarly large drop on one sale, but nothing but good news and new deals recently with results at end of the month and no indication that they should be bad. Only trouble is very low volumes most of the time so not sure how it will pick back up- just wondering if any of you more experianced guys had any opinions on it.
serious growth expected here. stumbled across ADA last night and done the maths. agreed that this looks like a goodun'
Pondered when the spread was 22-27p.Happier now that the spread has narrowed and have taken a plunge with 19,000.Postings from pros have steered me to these and all very supportive of a rise in sp.Once again a sick share price where the only way forward is upward
I believe the current condition of this share is right for me to buy at market open on monday. Currently not in the stock and wanting in soon. Stock is undervalued, and hopefully going north. Ged W/Debbie, are you holding atm or planning to buy? Good luck!!!
ADA. debbie/trying; Next AGM 7th Sept 06, Next Interims 29th Sept 06.
ADA. For those who like number crunching. Herewith Institutional Holdings: MLIM 7.2Mns or 20% Lehman Bros 5.575Mns or 15.49% Scottish Widows 3.5Mns or 9.6% SG Asset Management 2.6Mns or 7.26% Bradsaw Asset management 2.27mns or 6.3% F&C A M 1.81Mns or 5.02% Royal London AM 1.323Mns or 3.7% Victory Capital 1.187Mns or 3.3% Gartmores 1.09Mns or 3.04% Morley Fund Management 1.068 or 2.96% = 76.67% of stock held by institutions.
