You made previously Deepsurvey saying current shareholders will have to be swallowed up and sacrificed for the greater good. Can someone from the board please comment on what has been said here otherwise this will piss off a lot of the current share holders
Yes, This RTO involves raising a lot of money to re- capitalise the new group. David Lenigas is a deal maker. There are enormous opportunities. And he is going to be making a lot of deals. The current shareholders will have to be swallowed up and sacrificed for the greater good. New money and new shareholders will be investing in a great new story. You can be part of the sacrifice or the great new story. You can be both if you want to hedge your bets. But it’s fairly clear what they intend to do in the RNS so you can’t say they didn’t tell you.
Big mj has such a big percentage, he is very wise , I bought because he's here .
Rome wasn't built in a day .
The rto was always the game I understood
I'm personally not worried in the slightest regarding the RTO. 5% of Agulthas on the face of it puts us only about 20% to 25% up on the current SP, hence no reaction in the share price. We are buying quite a few of Comarco's properties below asset value and with none of the giant projects that are already confirmed priced in. Therefore I believe the real value is all yet to come, this is where the value to AAAP share holder lies and a bag or 2 is possible. Whether it's possible to wait until Agulthas floats then buy in I wouldn't like to say but personally I'm very glad I'm in before the event. All just my opinion.
Deepsurvey - good luck with your investments, but I believe it will prove to be a bit premature selling near the bottom of the cycle.
Comarco have announced two significant opportunities recently, the LPG facility at the Comarco Port and the inclusion in the major Mozambique LNG facility will is being officially launched by the Government next Tuesday 18th June.
We do not know at this stage the composition of the £15m fund raise by VSA Capital to facilitate the expansion of Agulthas Group Africa, but I suspect it will be above the last placing price given the information now available and the opportunities for the new business with a Main Market listing.
5% of a business that could potentially double, triple or quadruple in a short space in time from the current levels looks a possibility. You only need to look at the net asset values of port and logistics/supply businesses to get a sense of the opportunity.
At the current share price you are buying the Comarco assets at a significant discount and I believe that will change very quickly when further revenue enhancing deals are announced.
this 5% for shareholders in the RNS is this the significant value David and Mike have been mentioning to us shareholders in the past because if it is what does this say?
Deepsurvey can you please let me know why this deal won't be any good for existing shareholders? To be honest the sp has done nothing since the RTO has been announced which don't seem right to me. I thought the sp is meant to go up when an RTO is announced.
I also sold out a few weeks ago with a small profit. I can’t see how this will be any good for existing shareholders but may be worth looking at after the deal is done.

they haven't got the all of the facts right though, as Comarco have to raise the $6m to pay off existing debts and settle the capital gains tax liability.
The spread has tightened right up and some good buying today (by AAAP's) standard anyway. I believe the fun has only just started here and there are some suprises coming, all just my opinion.
Hi Optimist, I did not say it was a bad deal, that would be totally wrong of me as I am not currently invested. I am just not sure at the moment that I can see enough to convince me to jump back in. Like I said it really depends on the warrants which I suspect MJ and other top table members will get more of than they need to sweeten further investment.
I sold out of AAAP on a spike to use the funds elsewhere but have kept it on my watchlist. I am intrigued with the story and I will continue to watch for now and genuinely wish you and others all the best of success here in the meantime.
993444 - relative to the net assets of each company it is not such a bad deal. Comarco £27.69m versus AAAP of £570k and the Main Market listing.
Bearing in mind that Mike Joseph owns almost 30% of AAAP, I would expect any options or warrants would be at least 1.00p given the terms of the last placing.
Interesting developments. Existing shareholders only 5% of the new enlarged company does seem a little mean though? Wonder how many warrants the top table give each other?
Could be the deal of the decade but think I will sit on my hands a little longer before buying back in. Good luck to the LTHs who stuck with this, I really do wish you well..
kitlow - no idea, but as they have been working on this for quite a while, I would imagine it shouldn't take too long.
I would also imagine they would want to benefit from the publicity that will be generated from the LNG contract in Mozambique which will be formalised on the 18th June.
Just bought another 500k at .00437. MM's dropped the offer on no trades that I can see.
optimist13, have you any idea roughly how long the RTO will take and when we be listed as Agulhas?
MM's playing about with the price at the moment. Can currently buy at 0.465p ....tempted

AAAP has announced today it is acquiring ?@ComarcoGroup? port at 0.5p Also a change of Board to come - buying the port at the bottom of the cycle and also it is strategically on East coast of Africa very important - Ports great long term investments
On news of the loan last August the sp went to 1.10p with the market assuming there will be an RTO so now an RTO has been announced shouldn't this sp be well above 1.10p in the near future or I'm I missing something?
Finally..what we were all hoping to happen. Its taken a lot of patient waiting for those of us holding through lack of news but its here and still a med/long term hold for me personally. I think there is a 'lot' of growth to come in our new company over the next few months and years and more value in holding than trading but each to their own and GLA whatever your strategy.
I think that price will seem very cheap by the time the RTO takes place and we are known as Agulhas Group Africa.
Nice, bit of confidence there!
optimist13, I think you are spot on with your comment about the $15m via VSA capital being at a premium to the 0.5p Comarco price. This mornings RNS is exactly why I have been following AAAP for over 1 year and I only just got in on time too. Today's news is just the start of what I believe is going to be a strong few months of positivity, developments and sentiment growth. I think there is alot more to come here and out of the few companies I hold shares in, AAAP is genuinely the last one I would consider selling. Dyor
