Don't forget any perceived re-rating will have dropped by 31% (nearly 1/3 for the purists) in the last year due to the number of shares in issue.

Ibug,
With the exception of the open offer, the results of which should be released on Monday, the share price already reflects the increased number of shares, so it is the share price which should re-rate on any positive news from Basur-3.
with a penalty UKOG 'understands' of $50,000 for each well not drilled: 'UKOG understands that should any of the commitment wells not be drilled, a modest penalty of c. $30-50,000 is payable to the government.' Let's hope their 'understanding is correct.
I seem to remember the CEO of Europa had to walk the plank when a similar "understanding" unravelled in Egypt and cost over $1 mm - nearly broke them.............
Wow,
But it would be more interesting if instead of pages of 'information' there was an analysis of how any of it can be applied to UKOG's sites.
But of course even UKOG have thrown out the word geothermal without any description of what its application means in practical terms.
Just like solar and hydrogen.
Seems to be lining up options for stringing along investors if Turkey fails.
Ocelot,
'there is no point in reading posts which do not contribute anything useful to an investor in UKOG'
Interesting that TS never posts anything about the company and Ocelot posts information easily accessed elsewhere, and both currently revelling in filtering other posters.
I suspect they are hoping that others will follow in removing those nasty posts that using information not distributed by the company, or a more forensic analysis of what the company says (rather than just cut'n'pasting vast tracts of RNS) comes to a less positive outlook than they might hope. Whereas reading a random SP in pennies - usually based on the hope something will happen contrary to previous drilling - is far more comforting even if it turns out wrong.
We shall, see what happens at Basur.
HH-2z, in the distant past, was also the start of a multi well programme - this time they've committed to drilling more wells before the first is drilled, completed and tested, with a penalty UKOG 'understands' of $50,000 for each well not drilled: 'UKOG understands that should any of the commitment wells not be drilled, a modest penalty of c. $30-50,000 is payable to the government.'
Let's hope their 'understanding is correct.

Just a reminder of why my opinion is that of a "strong buy" and has been since early April.
Consider the share price makes no allowance for the possibility of success in SE Turkey.
Basur-3 is the first of a planned multi-well campaign. Applications are in for additional licences in the neighbourhood.
Any indication of success at Basur-3, however one chooses to define success, would, imho, require a reassessment of UKOG's prospects and a significant re-rating.
It's a question of time, MRPlumper, there is no point in reading posts which do not contribute anything useful to an investor in UKOG (and the same applies to my posts, too, of course).
A fact little understood by Investors is when you mix the colours pink and green, you get grey / brown. A smug Investor could wear Rose Tinted glasses and see the posts they have "filturd" in grey / brown, the raw sewage colour they seem to feel fits them.
