I just hate these ever so going up council tax each year. We can pay off our mortgage but there’s no ending to these council tax whether we use any services or not- paying more for the Council tax than mortgage: huh, it’s a madness, people will end up selling their property as the council tax are getting higher and higher each year, we need to have a stop at the Max council tax that can be claimed by the council. It’s the most unfair tax on already taxed income. That’s me done for the day: Lloyd’s gone up by 1.58% - 109.50 ask now!

What the ——no patience. BOD shouldn’t have bothered sending this RNS, it’s not taken well by the market or the investors. Next time please do send an RNS with full test results or don’t bother as many investors don’t have any patience- repeat of the same or similar information isn’t going to do any good to the sp. I believe it would be illegal to charge land tax that has been purchased as a Free Hold property: a free hold property means the extra money for the land has already been coughed out and the money paid for the land has already been taxed at 20%. If Andy does anything like this stupidly then it won’t be long before he gets thrown out , very much like Starmer!

The ongoing Extended Production Test at Sagebrush has already delivered results that have exceeded our expectations. We confirmed helium-bearing gas with concentrations of approximately 2.5%, demonstrated reservoir connectivity and identified commercial oil production from the Leadville Formation.

The oil discovery was an unexpected but highly encouraging outcome. Not only does it enhance the overall value proposition of Sagebrush, but it also has the potential to provide meaningful future cash flow that can support further exploration and development activities across the portfolio.

As the testing programme continues, we intend to provide the production, pressure and fluid data to Sproule ERCE to support an updated independent assessment incorporating the newly identified oil potential, while simultaneously advancing plans for the next phase of operations, including gas analysis, development planning and evaluation of broader opportunities across both Sagebrush and Coyote Wash.

We believe we have assembled two exceptional projects within one of North America's most prospective helium fairways and look forward to updating shareholders as we continue to advance them.

Dorfan- 😀😀😀🥲- she even put the wrong information on her application even then got the job , soon after to prove that she’s good at economics, she accepted gifts to buy her first suit: God help us all: rather then filling the coffers , she made sure that all those who could have filled her coffers to help run the public services got kicked in the back side. Looking forward to RR being kicked out of her post, waiting to say - good ridden for messing up our economy and businesses. She needs to have a degree in Economics- nothing personal here; it’s her lack of knowledge as to how to support the businesses to pay benefits to the ones who really need them that has brought us down- it’s my humble opinion!

In my personal view it’s as much as to good riddance of R.R- she caused more trouble but Starmer wasn’t strong enough to control here. Every single policy she took was to kill the growth and the lot of them borrowing money from the lords to buy clothes for themselves, didn’t do any good to my confidence as having them to manage the UK Economy- there needs to be a clause for selecting the next treasury- some knowledge of managing the markets and Economics knowledge might do some good. It’s my own humble opinion- all comments for or against welcome:))

If Energy B is buying the Horse hill assets then it’s being bought by taxpayers money. I haven’t been here for a long time, just came to have a look, unless British Energy and Energy B are two different entities?
