Used to trade at nearly 3p
With the debt settled, this still only has a tiny market cap of £320k…Must be the cheapest shell around. Directors also put their money up. If it’s good enough for them, it should do well from here.
£150k cap & director has essentially put in £100k of his own money
Wow springs to mind
About time 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀
NT to buy now, this could do multiples over the next few trading sessions.
With all those shares allocated how much of the company does he now own?
Maybe this has been a plan all along? Could be exciting couple of days going into Easter
You’d think after that rns 0.04 will be the lowest now.
Sorry multiply it and it comes to 905 not 950. Anyway lets see if we can work it out
Yeah it's confusing 226,250,000 x 4 or 0.4 or 0.004 = a ratio 0.95p, his debt is £905k but the market cap is or was below 200k yesterday so is he writing off his investment here I really do not know, why would you throw away 800k of it for nothing, I'll await more answers on here from anybody more understanding of the RNS
But do correct me if I’m wrong, we have effectively transferred £905k of debt into effectively a £100k worth of shares? If that’s the case then it’s not a bad deal is it?
400 mill to 650 mil shares in issue now, quite a bit of dilution there but it's still a tiny company overall.
Couple bigger sells pre close.. someone in the know or just looking for some funds..?
Sorry that should be isn’t* on the property business. Anyways onwards .. perhaps something like GST did a while back would be nice.
Thanks (again) Kwota, agree the property business is an attractive investment proposition and sooner they are out the better. Don’t know anything about hydroponics (but does sound interesting). Like said think something will happen here on business change and think could be quite spectacular given the market cap.
And to be fair, the property business have never worked. They do not do it in a size/quantity that will ever make us/them any money. So my 2 pence would be either go into the mining sector through Focus energy or get going on the Hydroponics. But they've had 10+ years now on the property and have not shown a profit in any of those years....
I wouldn't worry about the Hydroponics to much as we have been told that they have basically shelved it because of to high energy prices.
I actually bought it initially on the back of the hydroponics business and I know others did as well. If you look into the 2 directors they brough on to deal with this they definitely have the experience. They help start up the Jones food factory that got bought out by Ocado in the end for I think £17m.
And me being a bit of an amateur hydroponics fanatic found it exiting at the time. We do own a small R&D facility somewhere up North. Think we paid around £70k for it....
Didn’t know they had this.. for me though this is more off putting as doesn’t align with the existing property business and looks uncoordinated as an investor.. would rather they sell off these bits and have a core focus and strategy which then makes more sense and is streamlined (and looks like there is a plan)
Thanks kwota, really useful update. Does sound like something is a foot.. personally not keen on the property business (and wouldn’t imagine Paul is either) so think could be some movement with Rto, asset sales etc .. could be quite exciting when gets going.
There has never been any mention i.e. RTO. Peterhouse (brokers) raised £125,000.00 via a placing at 0.1p. We were later informed that Forum Energy (Peter) took 75000000 of these shares. But that is as much info as we got. As we haven't had an updates shareholders list we don't actually know how many Forum owns now but at the time we all thought that they would build up their shareholding to just under 30% (effectively what was raised at the time).
I posted it before but I know Peter still has a license for mining somewhere (sorry cant remember of the top of my head) which I think might be his route here. But might be totally wrong.....
Not followed this at all and only starting to look, is there any mention of timeframe etc or is it still BAU with potential for rto.. notice it’s NT for anything above 5k which is interesting.
No worries .. obviously on same line of thinking! I’d be more inclined to invest here based on this potential story as he clearly has a track record and at the current market cap increase potential could be quite something!
Only a year ago, the guy has no shame.
Sorry Onetime didn't see your post....
I wonder if Paul Forrest (Angus energy) still has his shares. Can believe he would have invested in here without a future plan for his money. He should be sitting on around 30% if he also bought up the broker shares.....but never got any confirmation
