Does anyone remember what happened this time last year? The board pulled out of the Vecta project as was seen to not be a commercial prospect. The last couple of days we have had news with the board saying they are continuing to explore and test. This tells me that something is down there or they would pull the plug. Might not be as easy to get go or flowing as expected but in this day and age if it is down there I expect the team to do all they can to access it. In other words not a duster as some keep banging on about, just need patience and the share price looks over done to me and expect this back to the 0.32 trying to breakout.

Chill, sit back and wait or accumulate. Money in the bank to fund any RTO due diligence. if the board were just going to dwindle this money down they would give themselves all a pay rise to spend the money quicker.

It is a clean shell with some money in the bank, there will be movement northwards in the coming/weeks or months from this level. Hold tight!

After the update today and confirmation of cash in the bank, there is upside now for FPP, or I see very little downside at this price. I previously felt the share price was correct until we were told about the cash in reserve and that we are a clean shell with no debt and ready for business. If it isnt Freedom I would be surprised if other organisations were not sniffing around if they fancied floating on the FTSE.

Interesting weeks/months ahead.

FPP closed at 0.41 or thereabouts.

255 millon shares in issue.

So if the RTO went through today, I see very little reason why FPP shareholders will be any better off.

The key isnt about what the new company is valued at, the key is what FHH value FPP at.

If FHH want to reverse into a company there are a number of SPAC's on the stock market at a much cheaper valuation than FPP.

5 years ago I would value a SPAC at 2-3 million maybe slightly more with some tax losses, but now I value a SPAC at 800,000k to 1m, so feel it is top end.

However, If the relationship is good between the boards of both companies then a decent agreement could be made, DB owns a fair chunk of FPP, dont know what he has in FHH.

However why would FHH owners want to give away a great big chunk of their company to FPP?

If the estate agent normally charges 2 or 3 % for selling your house, you wouldnt go and say here have 20%. of the value would you?

If a deal is to be done and the valuation of FHH is 30 million, and we still have a 1 million market cap then anything above 3.2% of the new share capital iussed is a good deal, anything below is valuing FPP at less than the current market cap.

Using the above numbers there would need to be 255 million x 30 new shares issued to FHH.

Your shares will be worth the same but many more in issue but in a company with market cap of 31 million.

I expect there to be a few spikes on the rumours so at these prices I expect you to get a profit at some stage.

Ignore Pubes, he is a lunatic, he honestly thinks that when the RTO goes through with a company that is worth 30+million that FPP will be worth 30+million.

Mass dilution for a chunk of the company but at least shareholders will have something to hang their hat on, unlike now in limbo....

Any major raise here will see a placing as the company running on fumes and need some cash to complete the admin activities for the RTO transaction.

if DB lends the company then that would be a major positive and see the share price go north quickly.

So looks like we have bought this company for a £1 and taken on the debt. All the current liabilities seem to be discussed and sorted with the vendors so see this as very shrewd move if they can get the business through the door and all governance and compliance is already in place.

All we need is a RNS stating WeCap have sold 200k of shares in WeShop at avg 130 a share. Then we would see the fireworks start.

I believe if they were in a position to sell then they would at least offload a chunk to settle all balances.

The recent CLN's are unclear any lock in period maybe it is just a question of paperwork being sorted.

the fact they have pushed Hawk down the road until next year would tie in with the lock in with CSIL as believe that is a 6 month lock in and they have around another 4%-5% of We shop via their 23% of CSIL if what I read is correct.

Once we hear that WeCaP can sell then the price will rocket. Maybe waiting for peel to get rid of their shares before releasing the news? Either way as long as We Shop is valued as it is then we will all be in for a big earner sooner or later.

Is this company winding down or is there still some life here? Cashflow lots to be an issue or any target they think of getting involved with.

I do struggle to see the value here, the MCAP is at a max of where I feel this business/shell should be valued. The fact the tax losses cannot be used is a kick in the nads.

I do see JM reversing Alba into Amigo as why would you bother keeping the lights on but unsure exactly how much of Amigo he owns but I see no reason for him to give anymore than the minimum of Alba to the shareholders of Amigo.

Time will tell and I do love a shell company but will be very surprised if Amigo unless they raise a decent chunk of change to participate in the funding

This looks on the face of it to be an awful deal for us shareholders.

A vacant office block in Stockport with no planning permission for 3.5m which I believe was last sold in 2023 for 2.3m

That is some uplift for a empty building.

Into the bargain getting mates rates in share conversion at 0.03. When we closed at 0.045.

How do TRAF shareholders make any money from this? How much will it cost to convert the building? Where will that money come from? And now we have to stump up cash for any building planning and conversions.

Anyone got views on whether this is good for us shareholders or does it just smell fishy.

No doubt by the middle of next week we will have confirmation of whether the rig is on site and in place. if so the price will rise back to the 0.045/0.047 range waiting on news of drill results.

if the rig not in place next week as anticipated probably see some bed wetters and price hitting 0.030/0.031.

The stages are in RNS people wanting news daily need to sell up for their health as what can AC tell you? he had bacon and eggs for breakfast?

I do personally see this finishing in the black as people will want to be in just in case the RNS does pop in Monday stating drilling has started.

DE dont want every Tom, DIck and Harry turning up bidding for all the other surrounding licences, you are invested in a minnow that has 5% of something, the share price will move accordingly when royalties are received.

Show me a business that has been sold off where the old owner then shares all the assets and what is on the balance sheet?

I appreciate you want to know what was found, but that isnt how this business works, AC decided it was best for Mosman to get a free ride on these assets and I fully expect him to do the same with all the other drills, we have a buyer so seems very silly not to take them up on the offer, free ride, no risk for a minnow like Mosman is a no brainer.

Tell me if you were employed by someone and went and asked for a pay rise and you were given an extra 20% would you like him/her opening their office door and shouting it out to the rest of the department just as you left the office? No...... same for DE.

Sit tight, as at this level I see very little downside, this company for numbers of years does not move on good news, but there will be a catalyst one day.

Incoming revenue is one of the building blocks to the bigger picture.
