Could sell at 0.63......... going pop...... Steve not far to go for you to break even.
Anyone think it is Ltd buying up all the shares?
Something brewing 21 paid. This cash shell expecting news? Normally these shells hit around a three million market cap on expectation. Just about getting in at the right time
Good lad RKB glad to hear someone turning a good profit wish I could say the same. However I do expect some upward progress in PRIM especially with Rupert continuing to increase his stake.
Something afloat? Seems like a few buys going through at new highs......
Yep the worm is turning here
Fantastic update, great rates at Falcon, further prospects identified, price of oil increasing. What’s not to like for 5 million market cap.
Cheers Neil, Sterling effort, ignore Roobler he ain’t happy unless he is de ramping.
Can only see this falling further with such massive dilution. I do agree with you it’s a game that there is potential value in this stock as a cash shell but not at these levels..... one for 2021.
Where is Pennypincher to help us keep our feet on the ground.
On a serious note from someone who has been in this state for five years and well under water it is nice to see some positivity around one of our investments as opposed to money seamingly gone down the drain and limited updates on other interests in our portfolio.
@Wes Sam. You have a point but they were saying that same on RLD and again the markets are so unpredictable, you are paying a big premium buying in Attis at this price and I personally feel you might not get the opening IPO price but think you will get in cheaper buying on IPO day.
Not long to wait now......
Sausage face it’s in the RNS. 4th Feb I believe then company is delisted. However this does not mean all is lost. Abal now Syme came back and numbers of other stocks are delisted awaiting RTO. Motif, Bould, RLD.
That is where the risk lies as will they come back? Who knows?
Have invested here as like these clean shells and with Paulo having some skin in the game makes it worthwhile for him to push this. Would make it very interesting if a new director was brought on board with proven history of RTO’s just look at what it done for Vela and having a well known buyer for Motif. These shells are high risk reward but at these levels you cannot go wrong and one snippet of positive news this does 50%. We just need some guidance of the sectors we are looking to do a deal as that will bring a positive sentiment if Healthcare/Covid is mentioned.
Quantum you are wanting answers that are not public knowledge however as someone stated figures are due on 30th September. So take a position either way, I am in here and picking up odds and sods at these levels for no other reason than that this company has announced it is now a cash shell. What has happened before is of no consequence to me and the fact that they ‘should’ have a couple of hundred thousand in the kitty just makes this a sounder investment for purely based on recent Cash Shells I have been involved with BOU and MOTIF just check out their share movements from when being announced as a shell. I see that through trading market caps on these shells generally hit a market cap of 3 million which gives me confidence that at some stage in the next four months this share will hit 0.02 or 0.025 and from there I can take a profit or a free ride dependant on whether I feel the board can complete a RTO. If you are just going over old ground and history of this share I wouldn’t touch with a bargepole but it is the future that has hooked me. Regards BC
Nice to see some trades going through and a few people thinking the same as us and this will have legs...... would be nice to see a new director on boarded with some experience of successful RTO’s. Then I think we would see a good shift north.
Bloody hell Magnus how many prices you putting up ramping 15p and 20p is laughable. Now you are starting 0.03p make your mind up you change your tune more than my missus are you ramping it deramping? You are so easy to catch out what your agenda is......... clueless...
You will find Magnus is the resident paid ramper getting over excited and telling the board he has bought thousands and thousands of pounds worth of shares. Will always give a price meaning the companies market cap has to double and this will happen by the end of the day........ his mundane drivel keeps a level head on things....... people are buying this because of James Norwood and don’t blame them, he has a cracking track record and sorting the finances out so you would expect he has a ‘cunning plan’ let’s see where this goes in the coming months.....
Good point top shot, especially today I would have expected a slight drop but no, however those ‘sells’ at just under the ask are buys well my recent buy was a 0.0109 purchase but still over 70 million finding a new home and the ask not dropped.
Someone had enough and offloading this morning...... personally feel that with most of these cash shells they have their day in the sun and can be very volatile and rise to around 2.5 -3 million M Cap. I therefore see this share being no different to numbers of other shells I have seen over the past couple of years..... if a target is announced then all the better....
