Maybe we should organise ourselves to put some pressure..
TNT makes me feel more deflated than a deflated helium balloon. They gave us a 90 day exit window from the end of April - well if they hold true to that they have until Tuesday. But still not listed on JPJenkins.
Not looking as rosey as I once hoped and I wonder what - of the merger situation.
I get the distinct feeling based on how shareholders have been treated up until now, that the MBF was a test to see how many wanted out, with little to zero commitment to actually letting it happen. They were probably surprised to see how many did want out when the limit orders flooded in and as such are not planning on making it easy for us to get our money back. Only when it suits them will they consider letting us out. Zero regulation, zero cares for private investors. Disgusting behaviour. Do they care? Do they £uck!
So many times now, Tintra have conveniently become untradeable at prominent times. I don't see that changing. Like I say, based on my experience so far....
You aren't an ex shareholder, you are a shareholder in an unlisted company - at the moment, a number of us are waiting on the matched bargain facility which was with JP Jenkins, but isn't available at present. I've no idea what you will need to do if you only have a paper certificate as (as far as I know) JPJ will only deal electronically.
Does anybody know what the process is for ex shareholders? Got a certificate from my bank for my holding, contacted TNT and their brokers but no response. Reading below I understand there could be a window to offload the shares. Any quick direction would be most welcome.
Sure has gone quite on here ,
When will they list on Jenkins .
Thanks Steamy,all sorted.
Working OK for me, could be your browser.
Has Tintras website gone down, cannot access it anymore, says connection insecure, had no problem last week.
Well, I hope you are right. I really do. If this first tranche gets paid out, I will have much more confidence in them making good on what they say!
Flatliner, I share your concerns.
As per the recent update ‘For those that missed the opportunity in the first tranche due to the suspension, as previously mentioned there will be a second opportunity for shareholders to exit and that will be a 90 day period. This will commence from the end of April.’
So we must wait longer but at least from the end of the month 🤞 Tintra will be re-listed on JP Jenkins and those who wish can continue to sell their shares.

I’m 25% happy. I have a quarter of my shares placed on limit within that first phase but couldn’t get the other 75% transferred as they were refused due to the JP suspension. So it seems a little unfair that I wanted to offload all, but couldn’t. Not sure they can call it an initial 60 day window when it was suspended for most of that. Call me a cynic, but I can’t help wondering if the suspension was deliberate to stop a wave of interest they couldn’t honour. They have an obligation to treat all shareholders fairly, which this doesn’t really feel like they are.
I’m still very worried about this. Not only for the 75% I didn’t get transferred. I guess we wait and see (again). At least they provided an update.
I'm happy with it - they seem to be willing to honour the matched bargain, so I've got a chance of getting out!
Not bad update as long as we can relist on JP Jenkins buy out may still come in .
March update is out. Not much of an update though…
Certainly looks ominous at the moment. No update from TNT on twitter or company website, no change currently showing re winding up petition either.
Suspect it won't be long before the outcome is known though. Heads or tails....
Yes it was a punt and by definition you win some lose some, but now realise that this horse was never in the race and possibly didn't exist !
I was trying to calculate the 60 day period 😔. One disappointment after another and they get away with it. Like the latest one where they suggested an ‘exciting update’ landing on Monday 25 March on X … 3 April and still nothing
Still no listing on JP Jenkins, so it looks like we will miss the 60 deadline on Friday for selling our shares via the first opportunity.
Do we still have a company
Some of the comments on that twitter post are somewhat amusing though….
Also not funny considering the money I’ve (stupidly) wrapped up in them. What a farce though.
Maybe the next part of this exciting journey has been Terminated. You just couldnt make it up with this crew.LOL.Though actually not so funny where profesionalism is concerned, considering what their aims are.
Just outstanding. Create a bit of news that news is coming, but ‘forget’ to actually publish the news.
I’m intrigued. Has anyone actually counted the number of times they’ve said they’ll do something then haven’t? There’s a fine line between incompetence and misleading/fraud. Not saying any of their actions are deliberate, but if I had a spectrum showing each end of the incompetence/deception scale, I’d certainly put them in Ozark territory 🙄
Let's face it, it isn't the first time they've said they're going to do something and then not done it.
