They had significant cash balance though so winding up should be an unlikely outcome
I'm viewing the one week as hopeful news - the only concern is that a court case has two possible outcomes - and we only want one of them!
Usually 2 weeks; anything to suggest we are finally on the cusp of settling ?
Thanks Aidan31

Court cases keep being scheduled and postponed - latest was yesterday, postponed for a week. Would imagine whilst there is a pending court case, no information will be forthcoming.
Lots of hanging around
Anybody know what’s happening?
Nope - It would be good to have some communication about this but no is forthcoming!
Thanks. Any knowledge of the cause of the postponements?
The last one was 2nd May, and it's (I think) a two week postponement from then. No links I'm afraid
What’s the current date for the next hearing? Have you got a link so we can track it? Thanks for the heads up.
I would imagine we hear nothing till the court case is resolved which has been postponed twice so far.
hi all
still nothing from tintra or jp despite me emailing both. has anyone got a whiff of anything?
this is now taking the **** out of retail investors!
The lack of communication, missed deadlines and board departures tells the story loud and clear. What was a great vision with huge potential has lost its key ingredient to get to market "momentum". They have been lapped by others.
Rip TNT
Maybe we should organise ourselves to put some pressure..
TNT makes me feel more deflated than a deflated helium balloon. They gave us a 90 day exit window from the end of April - well if they hold true to that they have until Tuesday. But still not listed on JPJenkins.
Not looking as rosey as I once hoped and I wonder what - of the merger situation.
I get the distinct feeling based on how shareholders have been treated up until now, that the MBF was a test to see how many wanted out, with little to zero commitment to actually letting it happen. They were probably surprised to see how many did want out when the limit orders flooded in and as such are not planning on making it easy for us to get our money back. Only when it suits them will they consider letting us out. Zero regulation, zero cares for private investors. Disgusting behaviour. Do they care? Do they £uck!
So many times now, Tintra have conveniently become untradeable at prominent times. I don't see that changing. Like I say, based on my experience so far....
You aren't an ex shareholder, you are a shareholder in an unlisted company - at the moment, a number of us are waiting on the matched bargain facility which was with JP Jenkins, but isn't available at present. I've no idea what you will need to do if you only have a paper certificate as (as far as I know) JPJ will only deal electronically.
Does anybody know what the process is for ex shareholders? Got a certificate from my bank for my holding, contacted TNT and their brokers but no response. Reading below I understand there could be a window to offload the shares. Any quick direction would be most welcome.
Sure has gone quite on here ,
When will they list on Jenkins .
Thanks Steamy,all sorted.
Working OK for me, could be your browser.
Has Tintras website gone down, cannot access it anymore, says connection insecure, had no problem last week.
Well, I hope you are right. I really do. If this first tranche gets paid out, I will have much more confidence in them making good on what they say!
Flatliner, I share your concerns.
As per the recent update ‘For those that missed the opportunity in the first tranche due to the suspension, as previously mentioned there will be a second opportunity for shareholders to exit and that will be a 90 day period. This will commence from the end of April.’
So we must wait longer but at least from the end of the month 🤞 Tintra will be re-listed on JP Jenkins and those who wish can continue to sell their shares.
