Just confirmed they do not. What a ball ache. Does anyone know how long it takes for Sharedeal account to get set up?
Is it possible to transfer shares to JP Jenkins direct? Sharedeal look pretty antiquated not being able to set up an account online instead through an old school form
Hi
Does anyone know if we can sell shares via HL? I’ve messaged them and no response yet.
Thanks
Matt
Do Hargreaves not do this?
Anyone got any updates
Got the following this morning from JP Perkins in response to a query asking for go live for Tintra. Slightly worrying.
We have not got a go live date confirmed yet, still awaiting those final documents to onboard

This is less than the current £10, £10m funding. The timing of Barbados deal, suggested Feb 24 full funding, Pegasus offer and by 'chance; they will delist a month before Feb 24 sucks. Short timeframe for PIs to get out. AIM shares can be pretty scummy at times!
Pegasus also behind Barbados deal. These guys are not small fry.

also wonder if any link to this:

Check this out: so LRB35 per Tintra RNS is set up on behalf of Cogut family:
https://www.investegate.co.uk/announcement/rns/tintra--tnt/form-8-opd-offeror-tintra-plc/7777225
Cogut family set up Pegasus Capital which manages $2.5bn of assets. Pegasus now shows Tintra on it's website as one of its investments! Makes the whole delisting feel like a way to oust PIs. Bring private in advance of agreeing full funding in Feb 2024 or just to remove the oversight. Either way, doesn't feel like it is all hot air.... Pegasus, Cogut and John Botros all mentioned further down in above RNS.

Could sell SIPP and buy in normal account beforehand
I think it’s just a mechanism to get unlisted and only PIs will subscribe. Not sure on PI ownership. Gut feel massively undersubscribed.
Only difference is specific numbers. But we will know the theme of results

ASOS plc ("the Company")
Post Close Trading Update for the Year Ended 31 August 2022
ASOS today issues an update on trading for the 12 months ended 31 August 2022.
Full-year sales, adjusted PBT and net debt are anticipated to be in the range of market expectations1. However, after having seen good growth in June and July, sales in August were weaker than anticipated. This reflected the impact of accelerating inflationary pressures on consumers and a slow start to Autumn/Winter shopping.
Profit is anticipated to be around the bottom end of company guidance, with constant currency sales growth of c.2% and net debt c. £150m2.
While ASOS remains cautious about the outlook for consumer spending, it continues to make strategic progress and manage the business for the current environment.
ASOS will report full-year results on 12 October 2022
The trading update will, like last year, contain full year guidance. The delta between that and final results will be minimal. So if profitable, inventory down, we will know on 19th.
When will the results get published? The shorting is risky given where the SP is
If it gets suspended MMs will drop it significantly upon suspension being lifted. Even LTH selling some with aim of buying back in at a discount. Really poor that BoD have allowed this to happen; the audit can’t be that complex!
Agreed. Todays RNS coupled with the fact that they have cash bandwidth to pay the 2m back suggests that funding is secured. Deadline is early next week. 2m at £1+ per March RNS means it’s a good time to buy. 3 x top ups from me today.
From memory AR has to be published 14 days ahead of AGM. Though it’s not the looking back that’s important.
RS said Nasdaq by end of H1. Ideally that is close too. Onwards and upwards. I hope 😀
