I think the board need to be asked where all these shares have been coming from keeping the share price down so another rise can be made as a Record low.

This project is on the cusp of breaking ground. With that in mind in my opinion far will approach the Kazakhstan government with a view to kicking the can down the road.

Raising a 50 million bond and paying off the old debt, obviously funds are limited currently to pay down on the existing bond but kicking the can down the road 5 years and paying off when producing

I’m sure the government wants to see some return and taxes being paid.

I honestly don’t think the Board want unwanted dilution rather extend their bond program and additional loans to get the construction phase completed

If a company has a potential $5000000000 in mining resource and is expecting to turn over $220,000,000 for approximate 22 years and has 455,000,000million shares and a construction cost of $130,000,000 what would be the likely share price upon completion of the BFS?
