So in my opinion

The management have destroyed the share price to be able to do this deal at the price that suits them and their investor.

Did the management deliberately go out their way to crush the share price so the deal could be done at the shareholders expense.

On paper looks like share holders are getting a good deal with more than 100 percent above the closing price which I have to say was caused by the schedules of the management not being able to sort out auditors in time.

As for me my average is £1.78 I certainly am not happy to loose money, tucked away in my ISA as a long term investment.
