Looks like our first new Institutional buyer this morning with a £65k purchase. Interesting that they were willing to pay a premium. Any single purchase of 30k+ can expect to drive SP by 10-20% every time. To put this in context, another five similar purchases could double the SP. Glad I bought another 4k first thing this morning!
I sliced off the profit - I did think about leaving only profit in, but will wait for 14p.
Leapfroggy, I think your target SP will work out to be in the correct range if we proceed through the year as expected. Maybe the market is beginning to see that. A 41% intraday increase is phenomenal and shows what is possible. Can’t wait until that Croda news hits. We’ve made 3rd place on the LSE Market Report Share Risers which should draw some eyes onto us tomorrow.
Fortunately I bought back in at 7-8p it still have an average of 18p. What I have noticed is a net daily buy or sell of less than +£5k can move the SP by +5%. Today there was a net £20k in buys with an SP increase of 27%. Aim is often about momentum as this excites retail investors who often get hooked and often get caught out as they are slow to sell when the SP falls with some often disastrously averaging down. SBTX doesn’t have some speculative drill or mine but a solid deal which should generate £1m+ in profit (not revenue!). What’s that worth, maybe a minimum of +30p. It’s really about whether the Sederma deal generates much greater income, alongside whatever SBTX can sell themselves. Another £1m in income means a good annual profit, leverage to make cost effective take overs and a good development budget. I’ve bought £30k worth in a month and see the SP in the 40-80p range by year end. That’s my top slice target!
Report as disruptive. X reports and automatically removed. try it.
I see we have Targeted harassment on this forum which I occasion as a share holder dip into from what must surely be a Bot...... Cross checker ..... you really need to sort out your code
Bloody hell you’re annoying. Aren’t there other sites you can bother. Please!!
This what happens when you talk yourself out of buying and trolling hoping for a lower entry. Well done. Now whats your play?
Yes take some profit while you can. Remember the CLN.
My 9.1p average now yielding over £10K in profit - question is whether to top slice - nice problem to have....
Though it might have been them that sold 150,000 on opening at an 8.51 average. Obviously they stopped selling as the SP rose.
Looks like Opti choosing to raise money via a fundraise, rather than selling lots of SBTX shares, has relieved the SP of some downwards pressure
Interestingly on the Fidelity site, there is a morning star Fair Value indicator. This takes account of the Dermatonics purchase and is 16.63p
Good to see the SP back into double figures.

Just report his posts.
Having just checked, that 26 posts in 6 hours, that sounds a little obsessed to me.
So this individual joins this forum a couple of days ago and rapidly issues 26 messages all attacking SBTX and specifically Elrico and holds no shares at all in the business. Most certainly this is the disgraced Mr Sheedy.
PG, I'm pretty sure TW's comments suggesting that I would be a better chair than Davidson were more of a barbed remark directed at Davidson rather than a serious suggestion. TW has a sense of humour that I find amusing at times. I'm OK with being the but of the joke.
A PR role involves more than just writing attention-grabbing press releases. For instance, in the cases of SBTX and OPTI, the press releases are written by SA and SOH, respectively. Generally, any enticing elements are removed and a legal format is adopted for compliance reasons. Excitement is usually reserved for when the company can provide evidence for its claims if you catch my drift.
Example: The major question is whether the partnership with UMG is financially beneficial for SBTX. Initially, it was believed to have little value in the current year because the Cavendish note seemed to indicate this. Without sales forecasts from UMG, we can only rely on existing information. If SBTX were to claim that it's worth *£500k, they would need to present evidence to support this. Now we know several products were launched in March and not circa mid-2025; this changes the financial landscape.
*Before the conspiracy theorists bark! Finger in the air guess, not related to any conversation I have had with SA.
I've also responded to your comments regarding Alex's OPTI update on AD.
Man, you don't mess about. Maybe Tw is right. Opti should bait you are chairman. That had me howling with laughter. One min he hates you, the next youre besties. And perhaps Sbtx as well. They both need someone that can write an rns that excites investors. Both their pr corps fail miserably and thats their role.
Btw, Sheedy has all but confirm youre right on the other side with a post this evening.
Filter applied and complaint made. It’s definitely Sheedy. Total waste of space.
Peeps,
I reached out to a contact at LSE who had previously expressed interest in enhancing the forums, possibly prompted by the guilds set up at the request of some OPTI investors to counterbalance the numerous pseudonyms registered by Sheedy on ADVFN. In my view, engaging in dialogue with him proves futile, as you might have discerned from any direct confrontations. He seems uninterested in genuine debate or in contributing valuable insights and research. His primary aim appears to be garnering attention, and he's likely to continue creating multiple pseudonyms if not monitored closely. I've shared this concern with LSE, along with information about a fraudulent website I helped get shut down by the FSA some years back.

Good idea. He has the exact same mo. He never answers a direction to support his claim. All he does is repeat, repeat, repeat. Thats why only he and 50 other usernames he controls talks to he himself outside the guild. Added to the filter. Leave him to oleric, nick, phatstyle, bellgrano and skid.
Bye mate, added to filter saw how you ruined that Adven bb by cluttering it up with trivia filter now on
