Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
EC, ADW was not saying he couldn't see the potential (read the post again), but that it was a race against time - hence the need for bigger contracts soon. The alternative is a deeply dilutive raise at around 10p.
I don't like agreeing with resident pessimist TGTD but the size of the contract is paltry when AZ have cash to burn and might easily have been more generous/encouraging. It hardly pays for the RNS service. Despite the good news I sense AN is floundering, so I sold half current holding at 16 at a £6K loss yesterday. I'm grateful to Angle and Newland's hype for the my new pied à terre, but am not putting more money in until he gets a contract of decent value.
A top slice due, I have £25K profit....
I sliced off the profit - I did think about leaving only profit in, but will wait for 14p.
My 9.1p average now yielding over £10K in profit - question is whether to top slice - nice problem to have....
EC, Newland hasn't even managed to finance the new version of P. they mooted 2 years ago! I fear AGL are toast unless he leaves.
Looks like TW's scaremongering will cause his acolytes to miss out - my 9.1 average not looking too bad now... I wonder if he was buying whilst they were selling????
Strikes me though that SA is keen to keep the SP low at the moment - he's been at pains not to hype any news - I find that very interesting....
Probably all true Ody, especially on SA, but the share still looks cheap, so I'm buyin'
This suddenly seems a bargain? just been working the figures, and any sign of Croda coming through should double the SP. I'm therefore back in this morning - I have £150K of Angle profits to put somewhere....
TGTD not sure what your agenda is here? we all agree on AN's incompetence and most agree on Parsortix's brilliance, so what's left to argue? AN's plan was always to extend P's use cancer by cancer using a quicker, cheaper FDA process, having established its efficacy with the original one. He also wanted to keep P's research use status to bring in work for the Angle labs - he needs to change tack on this now, with the loss of the US clinic. But hopefully an outside entity will recognise that (with a burst of cash) P. could dominate the liquid biopsy market....
I agree EC, about the influence of comments. I think we all know who the baddies are - just important not to let them interfere with the discussion. No one has the ultimate answer (least of all AN) but there is a radical device in play here, and there are huge markets if it catches on. I'm now sitting on a 21 average (after being on 9.5 for a while) and of course it feels more vulnerable. ATB to all.
My buying didn't seem to have much effect - got most of them for just under 20p and a few anomalies a bit cheaper. So I'm now back up to almost a 500K holding (half of what I had when the SP was 10p).
Same here, but the smug feeling will only stay if the news flow continues... I'm as big a critic of AN as the rest, but you have to concede he gave loyal investors a great heads-up - when speaking about imminent read-outs, the SP was at 11p.
It's now a strong buy again from me, and I'm about to start...
I still have £250K profit from my sale at 36 - finger is on the trigger this morning.... (but I'm retaining £180K to buy a flat for my son)
Bought 100,000 shares back at 23 the end and the other 100,000 at 26 (average). Pleased enough with that, and of course that I took £250K profit at 36p.
I've been trying to use some large profits from AGL to add to an already decent holding, but it's proved hard to buy at times - and impossible when the Ask dropped to 16.75. Possibly a good sign?
Hey again Sang - one thing that AN does know about is FDA clearance, and what it entails - yesterday's RNS was not that type of announcement - it was a pitch to all those huge companies that Parsortix can assist...
Having to pay over 28 now, but still cheap when you've sold out at 36....
