Hi All
The latest series of RNS’s from SAR following the multi million pound investment from HNWI’s gave a revised timetable of ‘Q3’ for SDC-1801 to get into the clinic and phase 1 trials. With SDC-1802 not being far behind. You will note I don’t mention the covid play - just the routes the drugs have been developed for.
TM has been burnt previously on missing dates so would have been confident on issuing this revised Q3 runway. Prior to the recent investments the timeline was pushed out to Q1 2022 which is 1 year behind schedule as we should have been in the clinic Q1 2021 (as per 2020 news flows) but that was subject to funding and covid delays......the funding is now sorted, may still be subject to covid delays though.
The new investors have clearly been shown data that made them confident of future returns.
Only now a matter of time, we have been here long enough to know and in reality could have only ever dreamed of what has actually unfolded in the last 6 weeks.
GLA
Considering we are over the midpoint of Q3, as others have raised, the next few weeks should be ‘news’ rich!
Add to this other pipeline news (secret patent, SDC-1802 ‘associated’ patent, SRA737 restart/on license/combo trial news, covid trials) and we could be at a whole new level with any of these.
Hold for Gold
Agreed Stoney ... No amount of scare mongering is going to get me to loosen my grip on mine .. I wouldn't mind betting the first news we get is another HNWI coming on board
Just a thought, at first I believed the secret patent to be what could be easily described as 1803 a COVID patent linked to. 1801. It made sense with the carrot of agile being dangled in front of us. With agile looking less likely due to no news on that frontI’m thinking agile has been shelved due to restrictions being imposed on sar which were just not acceptable. With sar raising cash it looks more like a partnership in the near future will be formulated and the secret patent is more likely linked to 1802, with the unveiling of the new patent late October as per the RNS. Equalling exciting but I never called this path, will I reach a dead end and find another path. We will know very very soon
Just pondering, while were waiting patiently with HWNI's jumping on board in an orderly manner;) could we be actually heading world wide instantly? (yes the world would hear soon;) )
Well rather than Agile, WHO would prefer WHO's route to clinical trials?

The Solidarity PLUS trial is a platform trial that represents the largest global collaboration among WHO Member States. It involves thousands of researchers in over 600 hospitals in 52 countries, 16 more countries than the first phase of trials. This allows the trial to assess multiple treatments at the same time using a single protocol, recruiting thousands of patients to generate robust estimates on the effect a drug may have on mortality--even moderate effects.
It also allows new treatments to be added and ineffective treatments to be dropped throughout the course of the trial.
World wide instantly... come on Sareum, practice what ya preach, ya peach ;)
Am I dreaming again?? The Solidarity PLUS trial, £1 don't blink
GLALTH's, set your targets ;)
It is a bit binary. But with multiple applications. Id be delighted with 28p. But i wouldnt be surprised at 5 to 50 quid either. Strange times we live in with unique assets. Lots of skill and judgement. But lots of luck too. Stay lucky peeps xxx

blurry eyed, heres the link ;)
Forget the “COVID delay” it’s a risk that’s built into all projects, rarely materialises, and is used to hide other issues.
Hi BoIlB
You may be on to something there.......the language used in the below extracts is very similar:
Sareum RNS from 01 July
‘The timing and design of the clinical trials for Covid-19 applications will be determined following consultations with experts in the field’.
From the WHO announcement 11 August
The World Health Organization (WHO) has announced the next phase in its Solidarity trial: Solidarity PLUS will enroll hospitalized patients to test three new drugs in hospitalized COVID-19 patients.
These therapies.........were selected by an independent expert panel for their potential in reducing the risk of death in hospitalized COVID-19 patients.
Maybe SDC-1801 could be under review now by said ‘experts’ ready for the next rollout into Solidarity.

I still thing gates soros wellcome trust. WHO. Are all over this. Its not tin hatting. It would be frankly negligent if they werent. And uk agile isnt the only route to market. International agile very good option. Imho.
Scary thing is the waiting, which ever way Sareum take 1801 forward will be a white knuckle ride, guaranteed , release shares with gratitude or hold for the fortune, whatever you choose, don't be greedy, be happy ;)

We've had more news flow this year than any other given year I think and certainly more money in the coffers.
Those who are hesitating and worrying forget that we have 3 HNWI's who have invested £4.5m in a risky biotech on AIM- and not only than in a volatile period of world history.
Sareum have never had it so good- last year we were looking at just 1801 into trial end of 2020 early 2021 with subject of raising cash and struggling to do it at that and a share price of sub 1p, even in May we were only just over 2p- we are now on the rocket launch pad chaps.
The pandemic is anything but under control and the WHO are advising caution but governments want economies back to normal, it will inevitably go t.ts up and most will be back in lockdown as we are slowly seeing across the world- then a push for therapeutics will ensue.
The HNWI's have saw it coming and Dr Reader was way ahead of them all last April, we are only going north chaps to which price I have no idea, but I am confident that the HNWI's didn't invest for 5 bags which would see us at 40p my bet is they are eying 30 to 50bags and if we get to where we and the BOD believe we should be then £ land is beckoning.
Many happy returns chaps in the month of the news flow.
Morning all
Ahfam3, just picked up on your comment above:
“Those who are hesitating and worrying forget that we have 3 HNWI's who have invested £4.5m in a risky biotech on AIM- and not only than in a volatile period of world history”
Volatile period of world history. We’ve had 1801 and 1802 in the pipeline for a while now, HNWI’s could of been offered in last year, or the year before.
I think the HNWI’s have seen a lot more than we have and are in because of this volatile period. And what Sareum can do. Us LTH’s all agree covid is a side play, but HNWI’s arrived around the same time as our true covid potential was realised.
I think HNWI are here because of our covid potential. Granted they’d of done dd and been advised on SRA737, 1801 & 1802 as well. But it’s more than coincidence that covid wreaks havoc, we’re told we could potentially treat said havoc. Voila, HNWI’s pile in.
To me, HNWI says covid treatment, however it pans out and is partnered/marketed/dealt, works. And works well
GLA, and yes very many happy returns
It has had a few down days so now time for a few up days again
Interesting read, if not for Covid, then definitely an option for Cancer
