Would like to think so, but did you notice that article posted a while ago stating that the big pharmas are attempting to control the acquisition marketplace downwards? They have so much cash that they’re no longer competing with each other, they’re just protecting their positions.

All we can say is “more than the current price” as that’s why we’re here.

Depends on so many factors - now the products fit strategically into a potential aquirer’s portfolio, their risk appetite for early stage products, and so on.

I’d say more that £5 and less than £100 depending on how far down the trials route the company goes before a deal (licensing or t/o) is done!

My understanding is that the application (CTA) should be complete - not actually “going into clinic”.
