Could be? It’s always cheaper to buy the lot outright. But then of course you own the risk as well.
But look at how cheap DICE were. They even got $0.5 Bn back in cash, securities and equivalents! So $1.5 Bn for that pipeline with a mature lead asset.
Whoa, hang on corcs!
When you talk SP and percentage premium, you’ve got to put this in context. Firstly the SP which was $33 rising to $46. But more importantly the market cap - $2.2 Bn that’s the important figure.
It looks like the 50 day moving average is about to cross the 200 day moving average.
So, not withstanding any news (!) there’s a chance of breaking out of the current “doldrums”.

Rayboy documented his trade. He bought @130.7p if I understand his earlier response.
This shows that today all of the 127p trades were sells and the 130-131p were buys.
If you look on Google finance it’s obvious.
False spread again.
Very interesting, Krone. It made me start digging to see if an NPV calc could be applied to SAR. This is a bit tricky, and some of the material online is somewhat out of date, but this appeared to be going in the right direction (bear in mind it’s from 2020!). https://quoteddata.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/06/200624-Sareum-QD.pdf
And that, Aberystwyth, illustrates exactly why “round numbers” are massive resistance points. It’s ‘cos loads of people will do exactly as you’re telling us.
I also reckon that illustrates why 50:1 consolidation ratio was chosen. IMvHO it’s to avoid the old 10p ( now £5) being the massive resistance point.
It occurs to me that the mid-point of a share is like the centre of rotation of a boat…..
When you steer a boat, you assume that the centre of rotation is central, and it usually is. But it can vary according to the conditions, the most profound of which is when the boat is being reversed, when the centre of rotation can move much further astern.
So…. the SP mid point isn’t always half way between bid-offer prices. :)
Bailiff - yes, definitely a buy! I can buy at 131.02p and there’s nothing “special” about my account.
On a day like today it’s fairly clear that all the 127s are sells and the 131s are buys. A test purchase confirms it.
