Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
This time without the error, sorry! A simple typo….
Hbd - based on the big “if” of “something going on” then it’ll be NDA’d, that’s a given. The question is who? The NDA is like a ring fence - documentary evidence that those people are “in the know”. But we don’t know who will be NDA’d. In the case of 737 it’s possible that no SAR directors are involved in the process and therefore not NDA’d. Or possibly just Tim and John, not the NEDs. In the case of 1801 you’d expect at least Owen to be NDA’d as well. This would allow anyone outside the NDA ring fence to do as they please, because the others can’t tell them. And it’s all documented and proven.

Hbd - I had similar thoughts earlier after some basic research bud didn’t want to commit to expressing it as I’m a bit short on evidence. One further thought though - I don’t necessarily think that Tim and John are fully informed on any 737 negotiations. I think that it’s highly likely that as a minority stakeholder they could well be outside the scope of any NDAs. I’d expect Udai Banerji and his team to be able to handle the background info.
IMvHO your final paragraph is spot on.
Yes, absolutely agree, Laz. Plus….
S/O were acquired for one de-risked ph3 asset in a niche marketplace position.
SAR have 27.5% of a ph2/3 asset, plus one p1 asset and a pre-clin asset which may have potentially accelerated p1 progress. All assets are positioned in a broader marketplace than momelotenib.
Aber - agreed. And I shall go one stage further and desist from talking *about* them as well. I’m sure you all know the Oscar Wilde quote! https://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/oscar_wilde_128481
One small detail, I don’t even believe that they have a short position. They’re just accounts created to spread FUD.
As Gus 79 said: “ you're virtually translucent now” - but no, they’ve been absolutely transparent for ages.
The language they use, the regularity with which they post, the opportunist leaping onto every little nuance to spin a negative angle…..
Anyone getting “NT to sell” should change their broker.
I’m getting a firm price of 75p on a 20,000 share trade.
Not that I’m selling of course.
There’s a very devious liar on this board, spending a lot of time and effort spreading fear, uncertainty and doubt. I’m sure that a personal attack directed at me will follow….
I think that Stickmonk is referring to the 15,000 purchase above the mid-point, not the 1,268 “unknown” which is, as you say, on the mid point. Hope that helps.
P.S. Stickmonktamer posted at 17:02 so he wouldn’t have had visibility of the later trade at the mid point as that wasn’t printed until 17:06
Not at all bailiff. I think that the target price has been reached and now there’s a desire for liquidity in the market.
P.S. I mixed up my terminology in the previous responses, I really should stick to using “bid” and “ask” only!
All in MvHO and dyor.
That’s probably because you haven’t seen L2 bailiff. There’s one more mm on the 85p offer now.
There’s still four on the offer at 80p and whilst I can’t swear to it, I think there were five on 80p this morning. So it’s impacted the order book but not the bid/ offer spread. Does that make sense?
I’m going to guess that it’s a ploy to keep the line on the graph down below the opening price and below the mid point. As well as presenting a “sea of red”. So if you have little knowledge of how the market works, you’re fooled into seeing the worst possible snapshot.
Sells are just slightly more than buys, but it it looks worse. Someone is prepared to put the effort in!
