How much of smart tech do RGO actually own as I though it was just a loan ??
The buy trades continue on the new higher price and with that, the Bid is supported for more than 1 MM now, I can not say the same for the ask
1.175p +0.05p
Finally, PEEL has gone from offering and into bid price after a few days holding alone
People will start to position for what should be a very positive quarter or 2 for us. I bought more a month or so ago Smarttech rto should be this quarter. The Pluto fall thru takeover is probably good news for us. Low6 ipo will be very good for us. Akers upping his stake significantly in pires a couple of months ago must augur well as we still have a near 20% stake there
Looking forward to the good times I do admit
An early good size buy and paying full ask 1.15p
08:38:05 1.15p 450,000 £5,175
This afternoon the buying has continued with 7 trades in 5 minutes paying 1.1474p thee last one.
Bought 1m shares this morning. Seemed to be plenty of stock around. The SP belies the fundamentals (1.57p per share NAV) and recent management comments:
Philip Haydn-Slater, Non-executive Chairman of RGO commented:
"We are very pleased with the progress of our investment portfolio with significant positive developments being achieved at a number of our larger investments. We are confident that we can achieve attractive returns from our portfolio in the short term for the benefit of our shareholders. We look forward to publishing our 2021 results in the coming weeks."
I expect this to re-rate when the final results come out.
Are we ready for another push higher?
Some demand this morning and all the time paying a higher price to buy, the last ones, very close to full asking price 1.15p
The last dividend was announced at the same time as the final 2020 numbers.
Given the 1st half performance one would hope that further progress has been made for 2021 and a dividend at least equal to 2020 will be forthcoming.
Payment for 2020 was end July 2021.
Good update and signs of a divi in harder markets. This is my nft, Bitcoin play. I know nothing about it so I invest here for them to do it for me
have a pulse
Things are looking up, some would say it about time, share price has been holding on to the lows for some time.
Agreed. RGO have a good mix of high-risk/high-reward investments and steady Return-on-Capital loans to companies like DeepVerge.
At these levels there is an attractive divi while I wait for the capital growth.
Nice update, we are surely worth more than the current SP!
I think Pluto will avoid a London listing and go straight to Neo or Nasdaq.
Not much going on lately despite, one of their stakes PIRI has been moving UP for the last couple of days, something positive to look forward
I am not disappointed by this news as I felt the NFT proposal was undervaluing Pluto.
Furthermore I prefer for Pluto to avoid the Aquis exchange where lack of liquidity is a common problem (e.g. a good similar Company like KR1 suffers).

NFT have announced they are not pursuing the Pluto deal.
News this morning:-

Could mean further news on Pluto path forward is imminent….
Looks to be a serious 10K block buyer here today. Similar high volume buying has also been happening over on FLX. Looks to me to be a few “smart” (pardon the pun) investors taking note of the huge SP rise over on OSI in the past few days and now getting in ahead of the herd to take up early positions in other undervalued small caps that have similar IT / Digital / cyber security industry exposure. RGO with their involvements in Smarttech247, Pluto, low6 whilst currently trading at substantially below their May 2021 placing price (1.7p in which the well known technology investor Chris Akers participated) seems to fit the bill perfectly.
Just to wet the appetite of what RGO are involved in here, below is the key highlights summary found on the website of their recent conference event held in Dublin. Lots of big industry (Microsoft etc) players attended.

apparently that's a different RGO. That's PCC not PLC.

Everything going nicely now as bid has gone to 1.05p as buyer paid the full offer 1.10p
Finally, the MM run out of shares to give cheap and went to 1.10p offer
DeepVerge has secured a mezzanine loan facility of up to £25 million with Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN, Ltd.
Some improvement after today's buying in the Level 2 on the bid side
