not confirmed to be happening yet... neither, until it's voted on, is the #TERN/#PIRI deal. looks like the company is now just dependent on these two events. company hasn't done a decent loan in ages... most of the reason for Akers abandoning the share is the limited revenue. sold... but only because i'm not interested in holding until...
gla.
I am not used to a company giving an update and not being sold down significantly
So the results must be good lol
Smarttech will update us all on the rto into ccap next month I suspect. That should be a catalyst for a sustained sp increase. It is the only successful rto as far as I can see.

Let's not hide this away in replies, let's give this its own thread :)
4% divii too
Yum yum
Tern is the only value says Katstrangler…
Have a look at those results then.
Brilliant numbers in a crazy tough market.
#TERN is the only guaranteed value, atm. the rest are dependent of positive news. TERN's news is all positive and buying PIRI adds much to their library of assets. I won't be surprised to seee their sp start climbing again as the added shares isn't signficant dilution and the selloff was overdone.
i'm anticipating a move back to upper teens /20 in the coming weeks. What that does to #RGO i can only trust it gets it back to 1.2 at least. and the quciker news comes out about the other assets, the better.
The proposed Tern holding and loan book (assuming no defaults since September 29 report) are worth about 8.6m right now.
Is the cash generated from the interest on those loans worth anything? Is the Smartech or Pluto holding worth anything?
If so RGO is very undervalued right now.
The NFT loan has been repaid:

I would expect Final Results to be anounced in the next week or so.
Hopefully this week
.
Excellent news. And the price sticks. Can’t win here it feels at times
Correct, RGO owns 19% and change plus also around 6m warrants I gather at 4p - if they have not expired?
The Pires deal is good on one point as the deal values each Pires at 51.61% of each Tern share - 8p at last nights closing Tern price of 15.50p.
The bad part is you hold shares in the more volatile Tern and get Trevor Brown for your troubles.
Cheers. I was in the ballpark lol
Jh2704
We actually own just over %19 of piri(19.23) - but yes still a significant amount
Corporate transaction proposed for tern to buy pires. We own 23% of pires
i think results will be good. the overall value based against there portfolio holding may be down but as mentioned their model works better in hard times when liquidity is drying up and thats a fact. i like the income side they draw on and this has been improving.
bought 10k this morning just over 1 pence, its one of my riskier portfolio positions and i also think based on metals, commodities as investments this will have a long term good position
The dividend is not a given.
Looking at the micro cap and nano cap markets this last 12 months one can only suggest that the NAV on the listed holdings has fallen significantly?
That said, I do feel that the unlisted portfolio have likely held previous valuations so not all bad.
I would prefer they conserve cash to take advantage of opportunities as there are more and more nano caps that require additional funding and the RGO model works superbly in tough times.
is the dividend a given this year?
Last year was the 1st year of any dividend 0.06p so potentially 6% but...
Final 15/07/2021 0.04p
Interim 12/11/2020 0.02p
Sp a bit mad. Somebody has been dumping 8 million shares
Smarttech rto into ccap will add up to 2.5 to the present nav of about 1.5. That’s a month or so away
Then we have a low6 ipo
And Pluto will be doing similar
Meanwhile we yield 5% or so
The market is bonkers here imho
Gett My srious attention on Twitter last 2 days. According to align research the smarttech rto could be worth as much as 2.2p on our nav of 1.59. That nav calc ignores the value of our warrants
Load up. The herd will arrive soon
There is interest in the stock after a few more buys and the asking pricewents to 1.25p
spread 1.15 v 1.20p =
A very large buy 2M delayed by 1 hour
09:55:55 1.189p 2,000,000 £23.78k
What do you think the stake will be worth on a smart tech IPO also is there enough cash for a dividance
