Is that right? If it was NS he already has 1.7m shares plus 3.5m new subscription would give him circa 10% interest in blu.

I would be surprised if it is anyone other than NS. So far as I can see there is no indication in the rns that it is a new investor.

Disappointing yes but not a massive Ddilution in the grand scheme of things.

Marex is interesting particularly with reference to "access to us capital markets".

Marex is a big fish and really doesn't need to be working with a small cap AIM company unless they believe there is some near term transformational news...

Mecon/Phil would be interested in your thoughts as to how the Spacex shares will play out for SMT.

Just seen today's nav rns which has increased significantly.

Point still stands though. Not great when one share can impact SMT share price so signifantly.

It will come good in due course once managers correct the imbalance but could be a rocky ride in the meanwhile.

I am a bit nervous that approx 20% of the portfolio is now tied to Spacex and no real scope in the short term to adjust.

I have not formed a view as to whether Spacex is overvalued or not but imv the Spacex share price is likely to retreat after the initial euphoria.

Given we are currently running at a premium there is a dual risk of SMT price returning to par or a discount and Spacex share price dragging SMT price down.

I have picked up a few more shares in anticipation of news or consistent increaswd volume.

Activity levels looking good. Hopefully all checks are now complete and we can start a good run again matching numbers earlier in the year

Part of me thinks it's too high and I need to trim and the other part believes the SMT fund managers are magicians and I will be a fool to sell!

I trimmed at bit last time it went to around £15 and then ended up overloading my portfolio when it dropped back to £8ish.

Will probably take a chunk of profit again although not sure when as can't decide if all the upside is now priced in or potentially much more?

Nearly 6% now and with the news of ipo confirmed this will fly tomorrow.

I was hoping to add another lump next week from next year's isa annoyingly up 4% today!
