The prim website says that the investment info was updated on 2 Feb, anyone know what changed?

Only 0.27% of total shares traded today
Not many sellers and good chunk of shares not in public hands, even on small volume the rises will be substantial as we have seen - only 20 (!) trades today leading to a 10% rise
Maybe get another holdings rns in the next week...There seems to have been a ramp up in volume .
Something has to be in the pipeline good making this move.
Hopefully onwards and upwards here
We might all do very well
Sticky hands indeed, can sell 100,00 at 3.55 so any trades will move this up again.
Think this is more that a sniff of a listing. Putting some dots together Rupert has stated that Primorus would only invest in companies either nearing an Ipo (or similar) or shares where they are already traded or something along these lines. They invested a lot more in May 2022 in Fresho after I believe he said that. Word is that hints are coming from some individuals at Fresho that an ipo is coming which would hopefully give a very decent profit to Primorus. So draw the dots, not that hard.
With the SP undervalued. A large owner holding and a lot of shares in now sticky hands weak sellers getting fewer any small buying demand like over the last few days causes a decent uplift. A decent demand for shares will cause the re-rate to happen, a Fresho takeover or Ipo well thats what we all would like. Then onto the next one.
Any sniff of fresho listing and volume here could see a nice rise...clearly if you want shares you pay a premium.
Lets hope the director increasing his stake heralds a big news deal coming in here.
most of the shares when available are being bought my labrum doesnt that tell you something .and only 25% in public hands .
The price will rise dramatically when the MMs allow
Keep watching
Seeing the linked-in social media posts on payapps, I would like to buy more shares here, but the system is saying there are no shares available to buy, can anyone tell me why there are no shares to buy, and what will happen now if they ran out of shares, Ive never seen this before and did not think it was possible,
I manaed to get somee this morning but i had to wait a while

$2 billion annualised sales through their platform
$14 million capital raise
First supplier launched in Wales & Scotland, so establishing a presence in UK too
My comment was in relation to my post 9th jan regarding director purchases
nothing else just in case
That’s great to see! I eat my words in my 13 Jan 2023 21:59 post. Hope this starts to turn around now. A long way to my breakeven though!
A massive sign of confidence here with Rupert adding to his substantial holding I also added a bit. Once any weak holder is out if the way the Sp will be at a more realistic level. Sub 3p is ridiculously cheap. Between 3-4 is still cheap. We do need some news on a few things to get a more realistic valuation though.
there it is 2.4 million shares
Can you substantiate your comment on the battery plant? until any formal proof or official news - just a rumor
Interest building
MC too low
Soundings of major interest in battery plant
Primorus being utilised to front project
I will be surprised if there is a director share purchase! The directors, or, at least Rupert labrum, are/is quite loaded up on this. As am I and considerably down. This share is now seriously looking like it just ain’t going to happen.
I will be surprised if there is not a director share purchase
Hi Primforall, I gather this is the handle for Mr. R Labrum. I wonder if you’d be willing to comment on the NZI chat about any concerns you may have around the current delay to its return from suspension given the apparent size of your stake in it?
(Apologies folks for the off topic comment. I’m not a premium member here so can’t send direct messages(

Whilst I agree with your notion - the board who hold 20% (now higher) of the company are also being paid for this. There has been very little movement of the share price since taking over apart from the consolidation. I believe there are performance related incentives that were put in place, do you not want to achieve these.
I look across the portfolio and there are some cracking investments but after 4 years, nothing has materialised. Doesn't matter who's in charge if nothing is happening. I'm happy to come on board as CEO and get paid £20k (another huge pay cut) to deliver exactly the same as what the current board are offering.
This company is bleeding money chasing rainbows - one day something might come off and the board will make a lot of money. Is there enough money in the bank to make sure that happens as realistically it's 3 or 4 years away still.
Well there's a vote of confidence
