Theres an old saying if you look after the pennies the pounds will look after themselves.

My gripe with HL is how this changed was publicised and as such portrayed as reduced fees not very tranparent I feel

Nothing is certain but this has to be a worthwhile investment for those who have researched.

A big contract or a number of would be transformational here with £1 or more easily achievable
