In fact I would go as far a as to say the autistic traits you raised are potentially most welcome as they are often intelligent and have a human ability element most of us do not have so lets see that as a positive.

Speadymeadie Yes and I would add that the JV would almost certainly contain clauses to cover what happens in the event of a buyout as each party would cover themselves in such an event. Its worth some people giving that some thought.

I would say he has had an incling this might happen and hence the team he has built and the securing of funds. Its interesting what the next chess move on the board is going to be as there is a way to go yet and an awful lot at stake. Many of us have come this far and I feel confident this is a win win situation for GGP and its shareholders.
