Yes Speedie many permutations as you rightly say. However my thinking is its far more likely they will want to buy our 30% than GGP being put in a position for the 70%. They will certainly know what a monster HAV is but also be privy to a very exclusive insight into the data.
Many of us have held for this long and hopefully things are nearing a very important and crucial point.
