Seav. The fair value for the 5% was based on certain parameters for that 5%. Its not the same as GGP would get now so trying to value the whole company based on the 5% would not be correct. Thats my take on it anyway.

Speadie. First hope all is well and the road to recovery going at pace. My question is this. If the price of gold goes through the roof how will this affect what you say about refinancing / debt. I think ggp is in a better position today than yesterday.

I dont think SD was ever keen on the 5% offer that after all he had inherited. I am sure if he had been around earlier that would never have been put on the table. It was also never going to be valued in a way that gave full market value only fair market value.
