"I see 50% chance of this falling to 35p still"
Probably the most redundant and meaningless comment i've read/heard this year.
Thanks for the laugh.
I’m 100% all in on the beer, but when I go back in later and look at the % I’m still up makes my day, might have a G&T to finish the night off what you think
I feel like having 50% of my beers tonight. ughh what a week.
I see a 50% chance that I'm having fish n chips tonight. I assume you used a crystal ball for that enlightened prediction? It's really good that we have some real up and coming Warren Buffet's on here now to give us accurate price predictions!
I see 50% chance of this falling to 35p still
Blue close.
SP didn't care to stay around 37.3 today. Bodes well.
Yes Be,
the volume bar chart above shows explicitly virtually everyone is continuing to hold with the drop from 41.75 to 37 being a tad over 5m vol.
It means its trader driven not investor driven - and traders buy back, investors generally do not.
was it last October this went up to 32p quite quickly and then slowly back down to the 25p range where it stayed for a few months.
This price action looks similar. A quick run up to 47p and slowly back down to 38p (ish).
I don't think we'll see 32p range again - next move up will be in the 55 to 60p range when spin off values can be better quantified.
YE financials and additional contracts could also provide some upwards momentum
I agree with that analysis Jimzi. Also important to bear in mind that the move from 42-37p has been mainly on low volumes so other than shaking out a few plonkers with stop losses it’s pretty much trader v trader at the moment.
If 38p support holds for today I expect the downward pressure to ease next week. Obviously any RNS will instigate a violent move up owing to the repressed RP. Hopefully we will be retesting the ATH before long.
Well the size of sell trades getting much smaller compared with Tues and Weds - pointing to traders being less confident as to how far they can push it at the same time posting doom on TA on other places - hoping the batton will be taken up by inexperienced holders who are worried.... and then...........
The other point to note is that the mms are not delaying any trades now - before £8k+ was delayed - adds to price volatility and in turn creates volume albeit it has been low - it would have been lower. Can see the same pattern on many stocks recently - they have to earn their crust I suppose.
TA does not take into account corporate news.
Nice one Andinio - you bought at the right time some months ago I seem to remember!
Justed added 196249 via several trades between 37.325 and 37.90
Got my average down to 42p today with my 3rd top-up after my initial buy at the highs! I am hoping that this will be the change of fortune needed and the recent weakness is just an opportunity for me to reduce my average. Had to sell one of my holdings to raise the funds and that was a reluctant decision but I can see more upside here unless CF is leading everyone up the garden path and the spin-outs all come to nothing for whatever reason(s). The chances of the latter are probably remote. Promise to change the subject line with the next post too ;-)
Thanks Si-Derman! I am sure I will be too ;-)
In fact, I am now positive (just!) on two of my three buys in OO, so I hope to be around with you all for many more months and years as the story unfolds. Even as a newbie I can see the great potential here and as I know all too well patience is the key. The BOD are also just as important. If you have a great BOD and lots of patience, things usually work out for the better.
You will be okay, Lauders.
My first buy was at 85p with hVivo. lol
Got it down to 8p with a lot of averaging down, just after the takeover.
Gl, Si. :)
Agreed - really anyone willing to watch will see this enter another repeat cycle upwards, as has been the case as the business grows month on month over the past year
3rd buy of ORPH shares today. Not a big one but all helps in the end I hope. Average is now 44.6p and will just keep what I have now as a "core holding". As funds and news come my way later I may add and "average up" rather than "average down" as I have been doing since my first buy at 47p. It may be a better strategy and I know some favour buying into strength and news rather than the other way round. Wealth warning - Since I have bought again today prepare for another leg down!
Averaged down on my original buy today. Now my average price is 45.1p. Look forward to the news-flow and being in profit in the not too distant future I hope!
Thank you very much for your warm welcome MrDribbles, LittleWingLegacy, FatherTedCrilly and BeContrarian! I look forward to following OO's progress and reading the comments on what appears to be a decent BB here. Welcome to Stu as well. Your price was significantly better than my entry price but in the long run I hope that we will both think our entry points were well timed ;-)
Ironically getting in before that RNS was great timing! Mr Market had his day yesterday but all LTHs saw that RNS for the great news it is. It got traded the hell out of and a few weak PIs got flushed of their shares in the process.
CF is executing the game plan like a pro. Just sit tight and watch what happens to your investment. You’ll be glad you got in when you did.
Welcome Lauders
As LittleWing says - you probably won't have to wait too long to be back in profit... there is significant news flow expected.
I also recommend having a look at Trader_3's posts. He does excellent research. As do a few others here - this is generally a very nice board to be involved in.
Best of luck
Ted
You will be fine, very unlucky to buy at 47p but would not be at all surprised to find you into profit by the end of the week or even later today.
My personal target is £1.05 which I consider realistic over 12 months. Read these boards including postings by trader_3 many informative and helpful folk on here, you will soon work out who they are
Joined you all on Tuesday @47p before the RNS yesterday, so my timing and price could have been considerably better! Never mind, it was never meant to be a trade so I hope to be able to stick around and watch the story unfold here. Who knows I may even top-up along the way when opportunities and cash allow. In the meantime I wish fellow ORPH investors good fortune.
