I’m just pleased I do my own research and never listen to shorting numpties like munchbox!
Lower than expected grades does not mean an end to the project. There's an area the size of Birmingham to drill and that will take quite sometime. I would expect given their prior drilling results and overhead surveys they will continue to drill near to those previous sites to begin with.
Carlin Trend in Nevada had extremely low grades of gold which was microscopic but found in almost every rock. It was low grade at 1g per tonne but absolutely everywhere. Between 1835 and 2008 152 million ounces were pulled from it.
Retail investors always want to be dazzled by high grades but the smart investor looks at the entire picture - it's all very well having high grades, but how much did it cost to pull that gold out of the ground? Just as Carlin Trend there are many mines out there with low grades making more money than some high grade mines because the cost of extraction was less. Where the mine is located has a lot to do with it, along with the rate of local wages and the cost of any machinery to automate the process. Other important factors are depth of deposits and strip ratio along with extracting the gold from ore.
So results from drilling - both low and high are only small factors in a much longer story.
Bhargav
Precisely. I am waiting for the EUA to come good so that I can load it all here
Mkumar- Yes, not a get rich quick scam. But, real prospects in real time over next 2 years which isn't that long. It goes quick,
also, once the Directors puts his hands into wallet to buy here, which is very much possible...then, I would expect 10 folds
return within 6 months from that day on wards and purchase price...which could make this case more interesting like GGP and we've all the odds to get there.
GL mate.
Good time for top ups guys for LTHs .
yes Bhargava- i learnt hard way too from GGP and NCYT ( both have atleast 1 to 2 bagged for me)
When ggp lingering around 8 to 9p for 6 weeks and at one time dropped to 7.5 , i got impatient as there were seemingly other opportunities and hence i sold my two thirds of ggp holdings.
La Be hoL - come 2days after that, ggp shot up to 12 p and have to buy it back . NCYT dropped by 50percent twice - but i held to it although hard . Learnt a valuable lesson -
"Patience to hold and belief in fundamentals "-which you all are alluding to.
cheers
MK
Come on everybody listen to what munchbox has to say, don't concentrate on the collaboration with the number one in the world gold company that has extensively evaluated our area, or the eighth biggest coming on board, or the proven resource next door. etc,etc,etc...listen to munch, the grades are obviously s*it. DYOR
Newmont will make millions..
Agnico will make millions..
OMI will leverage millions..
Ceo will earn huge..
Big boys will make good returns...
What a PI's will get here...
Just a Munch box? :)
My focus is on Big boys wallets, as rest will make there money anyway!
It won't happen overnight...other things will come into play to get there.
That's the equation we've it here in a nutshell.
Hold for your gain!
Lol munch box well under on his shirt and giving advice out.
Munch box I think think you will find that the final grades will be in line with expectations or greater. I would think that with all their expertise and specialist equipment I would rather trust our 2 majors judgement in our potential rather than someone called munch box.
Dr R, its true, MMs will need to accumulate from time to time, plus impatience of Pis in between make it easy for them.
If I didn't had tucked my small holding of GGP in vault for nearly 4 years...I won't have ever seen 75 folds return. Although, it was very small, as most of the fund I cleared to buy in here. This time, it would stay here for full phase 1.
If we see Directors purchase here....then count, 10 folds from then on wards within 6 months.
In case of OMI it could get lot higher because of tight float.
Lets see.
Drilling about to start the prospect is fast tracked so expect regular updates. Omi has nothing else to do than keep the market updated on the majors progress. All personnel and operations covered by the big boys. It’s a true investment my cash is safe here. Loading up.
Well said Dr, i also jumped in yesterday, was chasing a million shares.
No rush, funds are waiting but will sit it out.

If people cannot wait a few months for drilling and results they don’t deserve to make money. I use to make the same mistake often, but I have learnt. Bhargav in GGP for example will tell everyone the same. Personally it can keep dropping for my liking, going to wait to add more now instead of diving straight in like I did the other day when it dropped to 34p. The companies fully funded and also being receiving payments so there’s zero risk in my eyes, as the grades are already there. See ya in January.
Joker, you opened your short at 25p!!! and then it shot up to 45p. Then you said "wish you kept your short open".
Not taking advice from you!!!! there are far more knowledgable people on this board. but as always DYOR.
Nor does your bashing.
If the final grades don’t add up this will plunge.
Don’t get pumped in to buying.
25p very likely.
