People out there chasing the proverbial rainbows and have little patience to see what's under their own noses then start kicking themselves when they miss the early boat! Quality stock, sitting right here with great proven assets with a market cap at least a 10th of what it should be!...And what it will be!
Morning.
That's the weekly MA50 smashed at low 11s then - sit on your hands IMO - you know why people are diving in now and you've already go what they want - make them pay.
Indeed, this is way undervalued and does not reflect underlying value within business. Those who have patience will be nicely rewarded and plenty will be buying back at much higher imv
This will🚀🚀🚀🚀 when MDA is signed until then a nice steady increase (imho)
The MMs seem to be letting it fly now. Hopefully it’s a relatively quick climb back up to a more sensible valuation, finally reflecting all the great news we’ve had on recycling in the last year, alongside Songwe.
AIM stocks are never good for the blood pressure :)
And it is not uncommon to see a real disconnect between price and value on this exchange either - or the type of wild swings that would test the patience of a saint, irrespective of how a company is necessarily performing. Although in this case, the reason is clear and entirely valid, IMO, as covered in previous posts.
All of which makes me firmly believe that if we get the MDA - and equally importantly, on satisfactory terms from our perspective - then the SP will move appreciably to the upside.
One way or the other, we will know where we stand within the time frame that you suggested is in your mind right now.
Hopefully the IMF cash and other western international overtures will have the desired affect... GLA.
'Do you ever sleep Crumbs?' No :)
And now its time for this sleeping lion to awaken ....
Do you ever sleep Crumbs??
Looks to me like the stars are aligning in every possible way.
From the US Ambassador to Malawi's statement relating to the IMF ECF:
'For the mining sector, we are working to support Malawi to develop its natural resources in a manner that ensures the people of Malawi benefit. From scientific collaboration with our U.S. Geological Survey to U.S. government financing for project development to identifying potential off-take partners, U.S. support can help make Malawi’s mining sector an engine for economic growth. Mining revenue will be key to boosting exports and foreign exchange reserves.'

There is a reason Mkango always tags the Malawi US embassy in all their Malawi-related tweets ...
Watch this space me thinks
here is it - *************+rajoxegpu7rmzjm0
if that doesn’t work drop me a private message and will ping it onto anyone that wants it
Could be worse, my first buy in was at 38p 🧐
G6Mac - could you possibly repost a link to the Telegram Group for MKA as the one below has expired - many thanks.
Silver, I know what you mean about that hump... my first buy-in here was at 24p not long before the fall then the placing (my typical poor timing)) more than anything it was Will Dawes's post-placing buying that made me decide to not just hold but average right down to where now I'm actually in a little profit lol...
The thing is it has always been a speculative SP here on Mkango's potential and indeed still is, however, that is likely to soon change as the actual game-changer milestones (MDA, commercial HyproMag a possible v impressive strategic partner/s arrive, financing of mine, US plants fully financed possibly by US Gov or DOD more plants announced Pulawy financed, other Malawian assets coming into play, etc) ... again no guarantees on anything till those red dots say so but once some or all of those are reached the risk/reward factors change fundamentally surely meaning we go over one big hump and then onto the next one never to look back :)
Thank you for your comments LWHL. I first bought mka @ 3p and have added at various prices since then including more in the low single digits, some in the teens, and even some in the 20's. my reluctance to pull the trigger now has nothing to do with my confidence in the project and everything to do with my lack of confidence in how the share price will move over the coming weeks and months. several times over the years I was convinced the share price was over the hump and would steadily rise based on the companies progress and prospects only to see the price languish and ultimately fall back into single digits. so as far as being an idiot goes, well I have thought the same of myself several times here over the years. lol, so no hard feelings. GLTA
Amazing - The IMF (read very dirty money from the usual suspects) give Malawi a "loan" and all of a sudden the license is about to be approved and Michelle Obama rocks up to boot.
I'm going to assume THAT was the blocker and it's now been lifted.
With this week the market is reawaking to MKA... if all the potential positive newsflow comes in now in the coming weeks/months... I think a 30-50p SP is v achievable, certainly, an MCAP to compare with our UK REE peer's PTE and RBW
No guarantees of course .... The highlight of the week that deserves a repost is this vid :
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=63z2oli6Qgc
We are not just a REE recycler but a bespoke magnet manufacturer too ...I think this point needs to be highlighted BTW I was surprised we didn't get RNS'd for the RAW Materials week event especially with the great CRMA news coming in this week as it makes what Mkango have as in the full package! As a no-brainer for the EU.... everything from the EU standards meeting mine that the Songwe locals are most desperate for to the recycling in Poland which the CRMA with its 40% processing demands to the 25% recycling that HyproMag can fulfill...
Hopefully a really great end to the year ahead here... there are some Gems on AIM amongst the outright scams :)
yeah, all here say what people think only time will tell! in the mean time if anyone wants to join this telegram group for mka to share and chat about the share see attached link *************+rajoxegpu7rmzjm0
I second your comments.
I have been on many share chat boards and this is by far the best one so far. A lot of people have been here for a long time and as far as I can gather from the posts the vast majority want to see the company prosper, if only to benefit of us weary shareholders.
I have much respect for people like Crumbs that appears to spend day and night gathering information to share with us all, yet someone was having a go at him a couple of weeks ago.
If everything does start to come to fruition I expect we will get many new names on here spouting positive and negative news trying to persuade us to “invest more” or “sell before the company goes bust” but until that time comes, even if you don’t agree with someone, please be civil towards them.
Silvermaple is a LTH here. Seems to already be quite heavily invested too.
He is not an idiot for struggling to pull the trigger.
Just because it is clearly a no-brainer for Malawi to give us the MDA, does not mean that their politicians will rubber stamp what they should have already done many months ago.
There are entirely justified trust issues that many have - including me - and I am not even a LTH here.
So I have a pretty low average (to my mind) and have not suffered the many frustrations that people like him have.
Although it is an experience that I am familiar with in plenty of other names, don't get me wrong :)
The wider market clearly shares this mistrust, or we would be well north of the current SP, IMO.
As for the macro argument: IMO it is highly likely that we are in a battle behind the scenes involving the West versus the East.
And I am sure all holders here hope for a home team win...but until that day of signing comes, nothing can be taken for granted.
No need for that comment, Profit-or-roll.
silvermaple: Do whatever you think is right mate. Buy, sell or hold - as long as whatever you decide to do does not cause you discomfort or difficulties. Good weekend all.
Lets buy them tickets in return for the mda :)
Then you are an idiot! What other micro and macro economics do you want to see? Newsflow is preloaded - if you cant pull the trigger then get onto nsandi and stick it in pbs! Ffs it is staring you in the eyes!
BBC News - Malawi's President Chakwera bans himself and his cabinet from foreign travel

Just as well Michelle's going to their place because the Malawian government can't travel atm. Things must be bad. Let's get the MDAs done and the money flowing. Win win
Hope Alex manages to arrange a photo shoot with her 😂
Michelle Obama in Malawi this week.
