Stephan Bernstein, CEO of GreenRoc, details the PFS results for the new graphite processing plant. Watch the video here.
I have never been invested in a stock in which millions of shares trade in single transactions on the open market. This has been going on for quite some time and adds up to ten's of millions of shares. all traded in huge blocks at one set price. this is not typical of a large stakeholder unwinding a large position. it does not make any sense to me. can anyone explain?
3,000,000 share trade
For the record I do not think that dawes has done a poor job to this point. nor do I think he should be fired. I just think a new ceo coming out of the strategic revue may be the best way forward
That is so typical of penny stock investors. dawes and musk, mkango and tesla??? give me a break.
How long does one of those take anyway?
Originally the company had a strong development model with talaksis( noble ) funding the mine build and mkango retaining a royalty on mining proceeds. when talaksis restructured that deal to an equity position in mkango the company never relaced it with a viable development plan. initially they were very successful at increasing the share price and advancing the songewe project but they failed to secure any strategic investment when the share price was building and went from a junior with a strong and clear path forward to one with no plan and no money. its been a while so I may have some of those details off some
What a freaking mess. reading through todays posts it is very clear who the real retail investors are and who are here trying to present this horrible news release in a positive light on behalf of the company. idk, maybe they are family, friends, employees... who knows. But lets be clear, the last 2 raises have decimated the share price and investor confidence in this company. plain and simple. management have failed to execute and have diluted shareholder value at shameful levels. the reasons why do not matter at all. it is what it is.... and it's bloody awful
Nice call !!!
Ipa, I am talking about the value of the company. as a public pre revenue company the only way to measure the value of the company is by its market cap. yes they have assets and intellectual property, but they do not have any revenue stream. so as the share price dwindles to almost nothing, so does the value of the company
We are swimming in very dangerous waters here. they could lose the entire company at this price. 12 years in and they are essentially starting over
Time for dawes to at least get out of bed and wash his face. completely ridiculous at this point
I don't ??????
Thanks to all of you who post on this board to keep it going even as there continues to be no news on anything from the company. I do find it strange that none of us seem to have any idea about what is going on with the large blocks of shares being moved daily. (like the 500,000 traded this morning) These types of trades have been going on for a long time with tens of millions of shares being moved in large blocks at bargain basement prices. Until we know what is going on with that seemingly major reallocation I feel it is difficult to know what the future holds here
Thanks for posting but that article is useless, mindless garbage.
Well he may want to provide a public update on what he is so focussed on. what could possibly be the downside of that at this point
This company has a ceo for goodness sakes. never mind the board of directors. where the heck is the ceo? nothing at all to say? shocking if you ask me
Coming our way. share price simply cannot be held this low for much longer.
A million shares dumped at 7p. the only thing we seem close to is a total freaking disaster. complete silence from the ceo while the market cap of this company crumbles
I am at a complete loss to understand how this company could have been working on this project for the past 12 years, pouring millions upon millions of pounds into developing and testing the sight, with absolutely nothing in place to assure an endgame that justified the time , effort and expense. this being held hostage at the 11th hour cannot have been the plan
That not one of us on this board can come up with an explanation for the large blocks of shares that continue to be sold in and around 10p. this is the only aim traded stock that I own and after following it for some 6 years now I can honestly say I have absolutely no idea how the trading on this exchange works. it's like the wizard of oz behind the curtain pulling all the levers. it all seems rather complicated from the outside looking in but in the end it's just this frail old dude running the whole show. and in this case it seems like this guy starts drinking whiskey around 8 in the morning
