Further to the Bloomberg video, not one to give up to easily, all I can manage is the interview is on about the price of fuel, exploration potential and the building of the oil refinery. Tried various different translation apps but will only accept so many seconds per piece, even tried Facebook but to no avail. I'm sure all will be made clear soon enough. It obviously wasn't price sensitive information. GLA
Wow, have a look, even the persistent insect imagined that it was respectful LTO and responded to my proposal.
Ojay I will certainly write such a letter and even take some other actions if I see that we are losing another year because of our worthless leadership. And do you know why worthless people very often become our leaders? Because we do not value ourselves and provoke them to disregard us. That is why they masked us today, and tomorrow will put on collars and lock in a stall like draft animals. And all this will happen for the same simple reason that we have no right anymore be indignant under any circumstances. Even when they brazenly use your money for years and just scoff on you as investor. I have already encountered such a situation 6 yers ago but thanks to God I managed to jump out in year time and save my investments. in terms of investment itself It was a great deal because the company called BEM (like Matad) did discover one of the world's largest deposits of iron ore and rare earth metals in Sweden. But instead of SP skyrocketing it was sinked 12 fold for just the same EL delay reason. And poor investors were forced to wait it 7 years already and still probably have to wait an other 7 years. And if this happened in civilised Sweden why can't it happen in Mongolia. This is the price that you have to prepared to pay for your unperturbed. ATB
Does drilling future prospect depend on EL green light7 Feb '21
At what point do PM look at raising new funds to continue drilling campaign? Do they wait for granting of EL or raise new funds in time for May drilling? If it is the former and still no news in coming months then what?
Okay should not pay any attention to Manroe madness. If there is any poster on this board who is completely out of touch with reality it is he.His attacks on MB and management are baseless and at best silly. At worst slanderous.Give it up you silly fool.
"...send a collective letter to the President of the country...".
Sorry, but PM investors have no leverage or influence at all. A respective letter "to the President of the country" will end up in the shredder. You can't be serious about this. If at all we investors may have some MINIMAL influence on PM's management of the company - but not on politics. But go ahead and give it a try. ATB
As you remember, I wrote that by the end of February - early March, a decision EL is expected. The long-awaited positive decision, which I all look forward to, would of course be that great news that would mark the beginning of a new stage in the PM's development from oil exploration to oil production company as well. But, I am worried and what if this does not happen? And instead a new excuse appears or we are told that the decision is delayed until the approval of the new Prime Minister by the Mongolian Parliament? And who, too, having become the head of government will begin to replace the heads of various ministries and departments and therefore with the loss of at least one more year for us? Such a turn of events does not care the mediocre management of our company, as they sit comfortably with our money in Singapore or somewhere else in their warm and cozy offices. They will sit like that as long as could take. But can we also afford to just sit and wait and wait until they deign to resolve such an important issue for us? Personally, I am sure that we should not sit still, but on the contrary should immediately send a collective letter to the President of the country. Where should we report what has already cost and what further delay of granting a license may lead. And therefore, ask him to intervene and resolve the issue of granting a license as an exception with the stipulation that the company will be obliged to make all those changes in its oil production activities, which will be established by all regulatory central or municipal bodies. Anyone who agrees with my proposal, please state here your version of such a letter and I (or maybe someone else for whom English is his native language and he can do it much better than me) will summarise and send it to the President of Mongolia. I look forward to hear your responds.
Why do you think the share price will majorly re-rate horsers - the EL issuance!
It’s not a question of ‘IF’ it’ll be issued and that’s pretty clear from the company releases.
The share price is where it’s at due to the delay in the process and for which we’re at the last stages now - so yes, very comfortable indeed and expecting this to be back above 20p in the nearer term.
Telmen is the holder of a coal bed methane (CBM) Prospecting Contract over the area of the proposed PSA and has undertaken an initial prospecting work program to better understand its prospectivity. With that initial work now complete, Telmen has concluded negotiations with the Mineral Resources and Petroleum Authority of Mongolia (MRPAM) on the commercial terms of the PSA. The PSA requires approval from the Ministry of Mining and Heavy Industry and subsequently requires approval from the Cabinet of Mongolia before formal award of the PSA can be made. Historically, negotiations and regulatory process matters between Telmen and the Mongolian government have progressed smoothly, and it is anticipated that formal award of the PSA will be forthcoming in the next few months
