Sorry guys KOOV was mentioned at the bottom of the MACP res.
Apologies
Still does not change anything though!

Hi all,
This is a bitter pill to contemplate. Although it lists his past posts, no mention of Koov.
So no action at all taken by the FCA and everything swept under the carpet it seems.
See MACP for further details

Some day they'll get there just rewards !! i lost money too and i am still feeling it today . All was trying was support my 2 kids a Uni and make few quid like most on here . Lesson Learnt on AIM !!
not sure about anything.
but one thing I am sure about is the cost and time to take these people to court.
I`ve been there, got the T shirt and the video.
It wont work, we all have to accept we lost our money.
It stinks and it was wrong, they told us one thing and behind our backs and before time was up they sold us down the river.
I was going to wait a few more days then pull out, but they beat me literally by a day or two
A hard lesson
Hi Ruman, I have a feeling that Jambon etc who were going to court were probably paid off by Ali, Haven't heard a thing from them since they said they were going to court and seems to be no information online about it.
I lost all my savings on this just over 100k and i am a pensioner so very peed off about it.
Does anyone know if some of the investors are still pressing ahead with the investigation / compensations.
Hi pthc
I’ve lost 43k, I’m don’t see that anything can be done now.
I know what is involved in what you are trying to do, and its not worth it, it will cost you alot of money and sleepless nights.
it is wrong what happened and he wants locking up, I tried to warn all on here but jambon and another made my life hell because they didnt want to believe what i was saying.
I took a chance myself and bought £13ks worth, I set my stall out and decided to wait to see if they was going to come up with the funding.
The RNS said they had 3 months money left so I decided to give it a couple more weeks and if no joy I was going to sell.
a couple of days after that they took it private. I missed out by a week if I can remember correctly and yes I lost my money.
I`m sure the FCA are aware of whats happened but I suspect it will be spending good money to chase bad.
I am 100% convinced we have lost everything
Hi Kong yes i agree i think he has , we should have all written to our respective MP's and something would have been done,
i think we were all steered away from doing something by Jambon and suspect that as a result they got paid of by ali,
Still going to give it a go though hopefully find some others to join me.
Hi Pthc
unfortunately you are wasting your time. i`m sorry to say.
Ali has got away with it.
i would like to hear from any shareholders in koov, Seems everybody has deserted this site,
I wonder if the likes of Jambon etc have been paid of by Ali to keep them from taking any court
action, Seems this is just going to be wound up and us investors getting nothing ,
Anyone interested in putting letters to MP's to get this looked at i would like to hear from you.
Does anyone know if the FCA has finished it's investigation into the conduct of Ali, and has Jambon and the others managed to get anywhere with their court action.
Hello, I was a small holder here - I work in the city and have contacts with several journalists and there are rumblings that the FT will be running a story on the administrators this coming Monday - Allegedly shareholders are preparing to remove FRP as administrator due to concerns over their conduct.
Hi everyone has anyone got any latest news on what's occurring with the case against Ali,
I think it would be beneficial if all us smaller shareholders were to contact our MP's and make complaints until something is done.
Hope he and his associates get the book thrown at them. Putneylad, hope you are well. Long time since I last visited these pages, warmed to know the fight for justice lives on.
Good news , this man has Stolen share holders money and needs know what the consequences are for ripping people off . Lots of decent working guys have lost money here . GL to those pursueing Ali .
Great news, I hope they throw the book at him!
Very interesting and surprised to see this,
Not been on here for months, not sure why I looked today but I did.
Good luck all
The article clearly states that the Nomad knew nothing. Strand Hanson have fed Lord Waheed Alli to the wolves. They want nothing to do with him & have virtually stated that he has committed market abuse by keeping market sensitive information from shareholders.
A group of well financed shareholders have achieved all this & are in contact with journalists & lawyers.
Alli refused to reply to the journalist Jamie Nimmo. He has acted like this for years with shareholders, but is now about to get the good news.
This was just the start. There will be civil & legal proceedings against this person & his fellow Directors Robert Pursell, Mary Turner, Nina Amin, Emily Sheffield & Dame Gail Reebuck.
A dossier against him has also been compiled for Lucy Scott-Moncrieff the head of the Standards Committee for the House of Lords.
All the MP'S that he has donated to have been written to, David Lammy, Sir Keir Starmer, Jess Phillips, Liz Kendall, David Milliband, Emily Thornberry.
This is just the start. Shareholders have accumulated a wealth of information against him, that can not be shared at this moment.
Kwasi Kwarteng the new Business secretary
Interesting read this. With the extension to the investigation on the prepack it looks like Alli could be feeling some heat. Strange though that as Chairman Alli should be able to appoint FRP to deal with the pre pack without telling the NOMAD and now the appointed pre pack administrator FRP are in control of an investigation into their own actions as instructed by the companies main creditor (oh yes that's Lord Alli as well) who was also the Chairman who wound the company up behind everyone's back in the first place. What chance do we have, something does not smell right??? Has anyone taken this any further?
Hi everyone i got the same update from FRP, I think if we all wrote to our respective MP's about this situation then it might manage to get this looked into properly, I can see us all loosing everything, i lost al my savings on this and left me in dept and old Lordy needs to be held accountable.
Sorry for delay guys...you need to contact FRP advisory with your information and they will add you to the mailing list. The report was sent by them last week - details are below in the thread for the guys dealing with it at FRP. The report came out from an automated mailer.
