Sent a message to GB news with the facts of what he did but nothing was said on the news,

Surprised more people haven't said anything.

Hi Ruman, I have a feeling that Jambon etc who were going to court were probably paid off by Ali, Haven't heard a thing from them since they said they were going to court and seems to be no information online about it.
I lost all my savings on this just over 100k and i am a pensioner so very peed off about it.

Hi Kong yes i agree i think he has , we should have all written to our respective MP's and something would have been done,
i think we were all steered away from doing something by Jambon and suspect that as a result they got paid of by ali,

Does anyone know if the FCA has finished it's investigation into the conduct of Ali, and has Jambon and the others managed to get anywhere with their court action.

I think it would be beneficial if all us smaller shareholders were to contact our MP's and make complaints until something is done.

Hi everyone i got the same update from FRP, I think if we all wrote to our respective MP's about this situation then it might manage to get this looked into properly, I can see us all loosing everything, i lost al my savings on this and left me in dept and old Lordy needs to be held accountable.

Sad to think we all should have stuck with Boohoo instead of selling out to go to Koovs, Would have made over £2 per share.

I can confirm that Geoff Rowley and Jason Baker were appointed as Joint Administrators of Koovs Plc on 10 December 2019.

I would advise that we have instructed solicitors for the purposes of investigating the events prior to the Administration and whether any claims exist against any parties for their conduct prior to the Administration. At this stage it is too early to advise as to whether there are causes of action and what any recoveries might me. Noting that you have invested your life savings, if you were in receipt of any financial advice it may be worth enquiring of the financial ombudsman as to whether you have ability to claim in relation to the advice you have received.

Additionally, as part of the Administrators' statutory duties, a directors' conduct report has been submitted and this report is with the Insolvency Service to consider whether any further action is required.

I would also advise that we are making enquiries with our solicitors into the failure for FLFL to deliver the final tranche of funding, and whether any claims exist against FLFL in this regard.

We will provide a further update to creditors and shareholders at the 6 month anniversary of the Administrators appointment.

HI PUTNEY, Shame didn't know about Chorion before as i for one would have sold out.

It's my opinion that Biyani and Ali were in on this together and i think we will see within a year that Biyani will have a stake in the new company, I think it was done to get rid of the 40% plus private shareholders ,
I wish i had dumped when the news came out on the 18th Nov saying that the company might not be able to continue trading,
i thought at the time that people like Ali are only out for themselves and that it was a warning that he didn't intend putting any more money in , But like a fool i ignored my feeling that it would go tits up and invested more when it was low to average down, now sitting on a loss of hundred grand which was most of my savings as i am a pensioner times are now hard because of Ali. Should be strung up for what he's done.

I also think that the Administrators acted illegally by doing Ali's bidding on this and we all need to let them know our beliefs, Also if we all bombard Peirs Morgan and Martin Lewis with tweets about how we shareholders have been robbed , They both like to support a story like this.

i don't believe Ali has acted alone in this as Biyani the major shareholder i'm sure would have something to say about it, he's not going to let Ali just take his money unless there is a way he will get it back in the future,
Also can't believe his Daughter wouldn't have known what's going on ,
I think this was planned by them both to get rid of the shareholders.
As shareholders we owned the company not Ali and as the third largest holder he did not
have the right to act as he did without the majority of shareholders permission,

Nice to sere have Jambon on board through Putney.
