What i would like to know how he can put a company that is owned by shareholders into administration then buy it back without any consultation with shareholders . this must be criminal.

We need to get in touch with Jambon and Putney to see what and who they know to help with this, I don't believe they will have sold out. There is a journalist who works for the Telegraph Laura Onita who did a piece on Ali in june when she worked for the standard she may want to do a new piece on how he has ripped of shareholders.

I agree with you Chinner must be something we can do i would have thought there would have had to be a shareholder meeting before administrators could move it on after all private shareholders amounted to about 50% of the company.

Does anyone know if they have to hold a shareholders meeting to explain the failure of the business as they do with a limited company, I think it would be interesting to see what efforts if any were made for alternative funding, think they should be made to explain this to shareholders.

Chancer Jambon got out after ranting about the price keep dropping , yes he did bull it up until we kept having those big drops and he got caught like the rest of us don't know if he came out on top in the end. I for one started buying in here at the same time as Jambon at 21p and have averaged down to 11p now buying some more last week, Just unfortunate that they gave the details of the funding at the same time as the trading update otherwise this would have risen nicely.
Would only need Ali to back it with 10 mil and would rise nicely and the other funding would come then, Can't see him not doing anything about this situation. fact is we don't know what they are working on hence i don't think it's a good idea to rock the boat with accusations in the Ft until we know what is going on.

Have you forgotten that the majority of us lost money on Boohoo because of the constant huge drops in the share price. Putney and Jambon were knocking that all the time , We all got out because of the constant drops, had we stayed in and held tight we would all have made a lot of money there.

Why is it everybody seems to think they can do better than the current management,
If they could they would have your own company not investing in someone else's.
In my opinion they will make it much worse by going to the papers, I know Jambon has lost a fortune on here at the moment but he shouldn't, have encouraged everyone to max out there credit cards on this stock , maybe that's what he has done,

Also up early Chief , Was thinking last night if Ali was to put in 10 million and the share price would certainly go up to at least 28p the level it did with the fl news then his shares would rise by 12million pounds, can't see him letting this die, Would soon get other investors in then.

The secured loan was for 1.5m how do you come to the conclusion he would own the company outright if went into admin.

Hi, I don't see any mass selling here yet from any institutions,
According to Market Screener there is six financial institutions holding 29.6 % of shares in Koovs
If they were thinking this is likely to fail then i am sure they would be selling so i am still holding.

Putney some of us have better things to do than continually knock shares that your supposed to be invested in, I started buying here the same time as Jambon at 21p but have managed to keep buying and get my average down to 12p i may not have the millions of shares you and Jambon claim to have but i do have a very significant loss at the moment.
