Interesting read this. With the extension to the investigation on the prepack it looks like Alli could be feeling some heat. Strange though that as Chairman Alli should be able to appoint FRP to deal with the pre pack without telling the NOMAD and now the appointed pre pack administrator FRP are in control of an investigation into their own actions as instructed by the companies main creditor (oh yes that's Lord Alli as well) who was also the Chairman who wound the company up behind everyone's back in the first place. What chance do we have, something does not smell right??? Has anyone taken this any further?

I’m a little behind you both Jambon and Chinner in terms of share holding but having started investing in this over 2 years ago and in the belief that India has so much untapped potential I’m still here for the long term. Like someone said earlier, no one forces anyone to invest. Pick a share and research it. The management here are well aware of the shareholder sentiment (if not they will be at the AGM) and I’m certain we will see positive news shortly, including receipt of FLFL funds which will push this onwards and upwards IMO.

Could not agree more Spencer, with the hard work put in over the last 12 months and the FLFL relationship starting to bare fruit even at this early stage I think everything is in place to beat the record growth rates of 189% for koovs back in 2016. Time to move forward and a steady upward curve would be good and deserved for us long term holders. DYOR.

Last time koovs reported 100% growth back in 2016 this took off. A lot of water under the bridge since then but they have ridden the waves, taken everything that has been thrown at them and are back on track to start delivering as we all expected!

I'm with you Diamond the recent EGM restored some confidence and now i'm looking for the start of positive news flow from Wednesday. Having researched the market, the major shareholders and seen their commitment to the business there is no doubt in my mind that this will move to more positive territory soon. DOYR

Yes. Whatever it does say there will be some good news in it and it will pave the way for a positive trading update, announcement of receipt of funds from FLFL and then the roll over of CLN’s. Onwards and upwards IMHO.

I don’t think there will be any surprises in this RNS. They will close off the poor year for 2018 paving the way for good news for the rest of the year. It will be very interesting to see how they present the results and if they listened to shareholder feedback on consistency of reporting!
