what do we know about scheduled dredging...
Thanks @Obs. Just 2 more weeks then :)
@Cause. Looks like there is some dredging to be done before our next ship :-)

Isb...all part of it unfortunately. I got slated for selling at 30.5p but I’m back in to my original holding buying at 26p and 24p. One thing for sure is to be in when the news eventually comes.
Yep certainly Yo Yo - 23% drop since the 7th April - feel sorry for those who bought in at 29p due to the ramping.
But don't worry Cadence have started the tweets about iron ore pricing again.
Looks like we are in a period of no news again hence they wheel out the tweets.
Another Alan Green podcast anyone?
Just get the agreement done ffs
For the record I never thought this, an AIM share with no news will always be played like a Yo Yo....
Thanks EV Bull, big pile, big sheets!
Good post there EV_Bull,
thanks, although dated April 15th I would imagine it refers to the first shipment?
Still great coverage.
Ore shipment authorized in AP after agreement to recover company debts

Perhaps this will make it seem a bit more real for people.
Deal
Could happen tomorrow. If it does and you are out...you have missed out. That straightforward imo.
Read a few posts.
-For one the chance of settlement is not related at all to the share price. So the chance of it happening at 30p is the same as if this dropped 10% in a day to 22p (unless you are trying it o claim insider dealing.)
- people try and use the sp as a predictor of good and bad news. Ie the sp is up 10% news is close
Or this dropped 5%. We may not see a deal this year.
This is complete *******s basically
Not covered here today but is being discussed on BCN:
Australian miners Orocobre and Galaxy to merge in US$3.1 billion deal, create lithium giant to ride batteries gold rush
still early days so let's be open minded about our JV'$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Important day today.
Seaborne iron ore price would provide $1 billion per annum of revenue from Amapa if price sticks.
EBITDA $800 mill
Upto $400 mill net to cadence on 49%
Amapa will go ahead and we will be a part of it. Too important to the economy and it would appear the government think so to. The court will push this through if the banks are are on board or not.
It is dragging somewhat though, that said compared to our Bcn it is comparatively youthful.
Lol, don't be daft. This is Cadence.
Personally I can turn the discussion around by saying that on some boards there are 1 or 2 super rampers that swamp the board with 'hooray' style posts that in my opinion are as off-putting as some negative posts may seem. But according to some on this board, this would be okay !
Agreed. Need to get 1 significant deal over line in our lifetime which is good for the shareholders.
.... on that we agree MrC .. posters who think what is posted on these chat boards will move the SP (positively or negatively) are just kidding themselves that they have some power over it ... when it actual fact all they want to do us point fingers at posters who've been here longer & know the BoD, it's failings, successes (ahem!) & performance a lot better than they do .... easy to blame anyone who posts an inkling of the facts or truths they don't want to hear rather than try to understand the market forces behind the share price movements.....
In fact it's the posters dishing out their indignation that other posters might have a valid opinion or comment that doesn't fit in with their strategies that are partly to blame for people holding rather than selling & buying back in cheaper on the drop.
Personally I don't give a rats what anyone thinks or posts, my decisions are made by me & only me ... not sold a share since swapping into ISA's in 2014 & 2015 but have added a fair amount in the interim at sub .2 despite my opinions of the BoD which for my own reasons haven't impacted my view for the potential of the share price.... but a deal is still not done till a deal us done
Do you really think BB's like this affect the SP -- I dont IMO. SP is sentiment driven naturally, but share price is also driven by shares that state what they are going to do eons ago and never do it, with large gaps in the update flow in between ! No rational trader/invester is interested in what KM says anywhere unless it is a formal RNS saying we have done X or Y. He doesnt even have the credibility of other AIM CEOs now.
Because - at least in part - people like me sell some because they need to get money out. The 5k sell earlier was me taking a profit from the tranche I bought at 11p to finance my house build. Sorry everyone! I’ve still got another 10k from that tranche and I’m hoping to get a bit more if the share price recovers a bit. After that it will be the £2 party before I’m 100% up my other shares here.
@Obs - Hope you are well. Has your shipping schedule been updated lately?
Mikebwell the share price pulls back due to indirect and negative posts, why shpuld new buyers come when looking at this board and thinking share price will fall also some sell up due to being scared or just bank a profit, there seems to be no positivity on this board when the share price does go up,
Indeed Mike, Kiran has stated the Anglo American $660m target is what we should aim for. (thanks obs)
He has never given any indication that this settlement deal won't go ahead so from there some simple maths (and patience) is needed.
If you are holding until the deal is done then the current sp doesn't matter at all and if anything if the price dips to a point where you see the expected return as extremely good then you are of course given the opportunity to buy more.
Agreed, the shipping of ore weakens the banks hands as their choices are do a deal or become unsecured creditors. That is perhaps why they are suddenly aligned. The "gamble" on whether the deal goes through and when is what gives the opportunity for the massive upside here of course if you could say for certain it's going to happen next week we'd be above 60p.
I believe that many in the markets do not understand probability and "Expected Value" and trade on sentiment and other things (chart's etc - each to their own as this inneficiency in the market is better for me/you). You have to come up with your own likelihood and valuation and look at the risk/reward which is in my view very appealing as I believe there is a high likelihood of the deal being completed in the near future.
We will all find out in due course.
Good luck
Exactly tj mac and otago, the settlement can land any day and not that the ore is being shipped and now the banks are aligned all of a sudden to get this done, they have been in final discussions for a few months now so lets hope this is done soon, this is a very big project not the same as buying a house so some time is required, and be carfull of some who indirectly post negatives as they are trading this,, like eyeguy mentioned there are a few and its the style of posting,
