Away from all things sensible what about some fun here with the Infa Share Price Prediction game ?
Obviously there appears to be a lot going on at the minute in the industries Infa (or should i be starting to say H & W Holdings) are involved with. We're seeing share price volatility, an increased number of daily trades, a lot more social media posts and updates, etc.
Now. There's 100 days left now to Christmas Day, (yep, sad that i Googled that) with the UK Stockmarket closing on 24th December @12.30pm.
Here's my idea.
What's everyones' share price prediction on closing on 24/12/2021 for the Infa share price ? ? ?
If enough folk, say 20+, post their prediction of what they envisage the share price will be, I'll pop a post on over the few days over Christmas showing what these predictions were, and let's see who gets the closest !
This wee game is open to rampers, de-rampers, optimists, pessimists, trolls, H & W staff, Bab..k staff, DAERA staff, Edwin, Boris, Johns, Aruns and basically anyone with digits on their keyboard who wants to play.
I'm hoping to see a lot of us regular posters pop a figure on here, and also if you've never posted on this board before here's a great opportinity to break yer duck. Go wan, go wan, go wan, I dare ya , lol
If you wanna play, just can pop the text on this thread of ' my Infa share price prediction on 24/12/2021 is (amount).
I'll start it off.
My Infa share price prediction on 24/12/2021 is 28.50p
(Oh, and the prize by the way is a certificate saying 'I wuz rite, told yas so' ! - (The certificate being produced and printed by the winner for themselves and you'll also get a big virtual high 5 from the rest of us, smug and all as you'll probably be, lol).
Are CFDs available on AIM stocks?
Maybe that’s it then - someone has a put option on us - big time ?!
On Monday the MoD Ministers will be answering questions in the House of Commons. The Questions I have noted that may be of interest are:
Mr Kevan Jones (North Durham): If he will define the term UK content within the
Fleet Solid Support Ship contract. - Kevan Jones is the MP who led the debate on teh Maritime Industry in Westminster Hall this week.
Mr Philip Hollobone (Kettering): What assessment he has made of the potential
effect of the creation of the National Shipbuilding Office on (a) the number
of ships being built in the UK and (b) the amount of (i) British technology, (ii)
components and (iii) steel in those ships.
A bit more on ship due in at Appledore

FWIW I think Lottie is correct about 1 seller, so far today 5x50,000 sells, this has been going on almost daily for a while if you look at the trades, there is no other reason (Given recent news) why this would be down 10% past two days, no idea why the party is selling, but surprised about it at these levels.
Great though to see a decent sized oil tanker in the building dock!
My guess was dive train( prop) issues as it's being towed. Why convert a reletively new vessel that's not long be built for a specific purpose. But wtfdik?
Isn't that just JW and ML, et al, manning the booth? TBH, looks like they are just there for the freebies, judging from their bags. Oh, and the guy at the back on the right is getting a round of coffees on. Must mean a big contract is about to be signed. ;)
Come on, there is straw clutching and then there is grabbing the whole bale. lol
Chitta the Dorset Spirit is inbound Belfast for repairs, my guess is prop or hull damage or with a bit of luck (for us hoho) crankshaft or propshaft issue requiring removal, repair or replacement.
Not an LNG conversion unfortunately...
Radders99 ref 11.38 post It depends if they want to go for a premier listing they need a three year trading history. I am not sure if a move to the main market at these prices would be a good idea. A move nearer a £1 share price may have more chance of getting a price that better reflects a proper value of the company. I am not sure if Lottie123 knows if a move to the main market can be done by way of an IPO
what is stopping INFA leaving AIM for the Main Market ?
Chrisatrdg ref 11.10 post what I found encouraging is what was to their left and behind them I counted three people having conversations. So there is clearly interest from visitors. I wonder if the comment was figuratively speaking as in they were between the cranes or is the Navy coming to Belfast in that there is a contract due. Judging by what was said earlier in the week I think it is the second.

Sounds like things are really starting to take off now, great update!
A tanker being towed across front Canada and a 3.5 month stay with little detail.Hints at a conversion to a regasification vessel.A short term gas solution until the caverns are built.A deal struck to import lng to the UK and the Meridian deal for an regasification vessel around Barrow is I assume still on the table..I recall it was mentioned on here that dredging work was underway around Barrow.I cannot envisage a tanker not able to be repaired or worked on in Canada or the USA so something else has to be the answer.
I'm still reasonably confident that a nigeria /UK gas deal has been signed and woods coffee morning at no 10 was linked to this.Something behind the scenes is playing out and the movement of shares with significant round figure trading suggests a transfer of shares and whomever is picking them up is part of the plan.let's hope it plays out soon although infa is being guarded Im sure they are putting out little hints..
FWIW. The company gets an incentive payment to take these apprentices on. How many is it now? Times that by £4k each.
Every little helps... :)

do "not"want the company to succeed.
Sorry - sausage fingers!
Despite all the promises and jam tomorrow over the past 18 month it is clearly taking longer than anyone would like to become operational, competitive and truly open for business. They are finally doing a decent job on the last of these three and the other two are coming along in an environment where they are very limited as to what they can spend given the cash position and lack of borrowing facility. The future continues to look bright(er) to the point where you'd think the only reason they could fail is by over extending and running out of cash. Having to sack the newly appointed apprentices would be a PR disaster for government and us so fingers crossed that was a good move. My biggest concern is the persistent seller, with no open short positions declared I cannot figure out who is putting the lid on the SP at a time where there seems to be so many contracts nearly signed. It does still feel like jam tomorrow but the lid is of the pot and hopefully we can stick our fingers in fairly soon. This selling smacks of some kind of purposeful action from those that do want the company to succeed but who could that be, I'd certainly like to know and would welcome anyone's thoughts. To sell these shares you have to own them right? Maybe it is the MMs but I cannot figure it out.
