Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Hebridean9, 09.43 post, has to be the worst post here by some way, and given some of the posters here that says a lot.
To show what can be only described as malicious delight, tells the board the kind of person you are. Nothing wrong with ramping/deramping but insults !!.
RazzaB, As far as shareholders are concerned the Co is bust, as they will see no value going forward. If you are a shareholder vote Against the proposed resolutions , I see my post of last week has been removed !!!, in which I gave reasons to vote against, having said all this, I understand that other/major shareholders will be voting against. The only people that benefit from this deal is the board and company buying FCS debt free.
Thanks for that RazzaB, there is a problem though, being that I have the keys.
Hi stokey12, re 12.26 post. There was a late reported trade reported yesterday 75,000 @15.30 p, this triggered the 15.30 close which was false, the actual close was 14.75, hence why we saw a 3.5% drop today before a trade was struck, also same happened on Tuesday's but on the downside, this sometimes happens on AIM, the actual close is always the mid point between the spread, hope I am not teaching "suck eggs". Now that interest rates appear to have stabilized we might have sight of a new Finance deal soon.
The potential sale of the business is dragging on a bit given the sum involved, the RNS stated that the potential sale was at an advanced stage. The longer it goes on the less likely that it will complete, what then...administration ?.
Thanks for posting that Lottie123, If I may add that the index is also down 46% the past 24 months, when compared to say main or global markets there is a staggering under performance as investors seek more defensive investments, showing no appetite for growth/high debt investments, hence the urgency here that new credit terms are secured . Roly.
Good 1 broomtree, I had it filtered until you highlighted a comment he made towards me. It is difficult to deal with an online bully, the only powers for that here rest with LSE. I recently saw on another board, how the posters put their name on a petition for LSE in order to rid the board of a disruptive insulting type, who was not as bad as TDF. Maybe same could be done here ?.
Being posted here, 18 of the last 21 posts by only 2 posters. Guys/Girls whatever you are, you are thrashing this board, read back your past posts to see my point. Broomtree you surprise me that you keep engaging with TDF, everyone knows he is a prize pillock.
Hi broomtree. If there is a new player buying, as you know , no TR1 needed unless they accumulate 5.2 M shares. Looking at the trades the past week it does look like it is the same buyer based on timing. I am also down here and am resigned to the fact of either selling or to be patient for a couple of years. GL
Stokey12, I agree, also we are booking some FSS revenue Q4 2023, also the fact that the Sea Rose contract was competitive, and give the DD that Cenovus Energy would of carried out on HARL one would have to assume that all is looking good. As investors we just need patience for everything to fall in place.
Just listened to the interview, worth listening to and as usual JW came across well. My main take on it, is apart from some potential cruise ship contracts, there does not appear to be any other meaty contracts on the horizon at this time, having said that I would say that H & W is a strong buy, however be prepared to hold for a 2 or 3 year term to see multi returns. Roly.
The longer FCS is suspended until published Final results is concerning, also given that the value of FCS is the price of a small London house, surprised there has not been an update about the potential sale of the business. All very quiet on the FCS social media outlets as well.
