Sell then Nathan91.
Still moving up on L2 ADVFN
Hi davey50, you beat me to it, had just looked at the Amati holding, so they are out which is great as there consistant selling was dropping the price here, the earlier 100K was a buy, not sell as I said earlier, let's hope with Amati out, the SP will steady and raise.
Strange SP action today, down at the start followed by a 100K sell, and then up after a 300K sell ? maybe Amati unloading some more.
Broomtree, FWIW totally agree with your thoughts, clearly the market wanted to see that HARL is on track to hit or exceed guidance for 2023, not a well thought out RNS, who are all the new posters that arrived yesterday/today ?? clogging the board up with drivel ?.
Xenor, Many thanks for your lengthy post on HARL's financials, it made for good reading and a great change from the drunken slur that was being sprouted by the usual suspects. Clearly HARL need to up their game as far as contracts are concerned, cannot miss this or next years targets as debt could grow to an untenable position. I was wondering what you were doing at 0400 hrs writing such a well written lengthy post until I got to the plane/USA part, enjoy your break, as nothing to see here till Sept/Oct, and as for me.......... back to the potting shed before I am put there, Cheers from Ireland, Roly.
Girls................, I have to say though, I do not like after hour RNS as most of the time the news is poor, and HARL have a history of after hours RNS, furthermore last years losses equate to the possible sale value of I.M. I hope that the current trading and outlook statement is positive so that the SP can climb from our current yearly lows, good weekend all, Roly
I forgot to mention in my earlier post, however I think shareholders and potential investors would feel more confident in the company, if the BOD also showed confidence by way of share purchases .
NTMU, At last, a good balanced post on this board , headcount has dropped from 55 to 49 based on their linkedin page. I now rate this as a weak buy, based on increased revenue since year end and given the MKT CAP this could easily multi over the next 12/15 months either by improved revenue leading to break even or a takeover. Does one have the Cahoonas to average down and wait ??!!. Roly
Dodgepot, I like your optimism here, however my figures based on known reports say that FCS will need a cash raise Q4 2023, at the moment the MKT CAP is the price of a average house in Reading area. Having said that it does not take much to move the SP, I sold 10,000 two months ago, it took two days to fill and the SP dropped 5% just on that trade. I do think that the BOD should issue a RNS due to a 40% drop over 3 days, not tempted to average down, unless I see the BOD buying at these levels. GL
Broomtree, Former FD first bought here during November @ 22p and his quote was " literally put my house on this ", given his current holding it must of been a caravan or mobile home !!!.
On another point the RNS was poor in the way that the credit facility has been pushed out till Autumn, I guess this means that we will not get the JR outcome till September as the size of the refinancing is probably dependant on a FID for I.M. Just my thoughts, Roly
Hi NTMU, I have Noel filtered , but can only guess at his comments, I agree with your friend comment, anyway moving on, if you click my name you will see some recent comments I have made about FCS. Based on shareholding at the time, I will guess that Amati voted against many resolutions at the last AGM, at the end of the day, the board have had £7.1 M cash and a few years to turn around a company that operates in a high growth industry, but have clearly failed. A 40% drop in 3 days is not down to one seller, if they try a fundraise it will fail given history here. I did not receive a reply to recent emails from them, or a reply to a phone call today, as you know it is rare that the market is wrong, clearly something is amiss, but the BOD remain silent, I suggest pressure by way of emails or calls to the company from shareholders, Roly.
TDF, Have just read your post 18.06 yesterday. You seriously are one nasty individual who clearly is beyond the realm of help as it is just your DNA/Nature to be the type of person you are. From your first post here as Former FD all you have done is insult respected poster's on this board, not only that but most of your posts are just a figment of your imagination.. AKA.. Lies, I have many examples but will not waste my time as the list is long. I also note that do you not only insult but "Body Shaming " is part of your vile nature, I presume that you think you are perfect !!!, anyway some here have met me in person at H & W investor presentations, so given your claimed holding you should attend one and introduce yourself to me. Goodbye and filtered. Roly
Dodgepot, think we need a new rocket for a different cyber play, apart from the silence from the BOD, their own website is quiet with no new news for quite some time, TBH the board are all totally inept and should be embarrassed with themselves given the cash and time they have had to make a business of this, especially given that they are operating in a high growth industry, "P#SS UP IN BREWERY" comes to mind, furthermore there was no response to my 2 emails which given that they are just twiddling their thumbs to their next pay day.... is just plain rude. I will do my best to make the BOD accountable however " Stupidity" is neither a crime or curable . Roly
