TBH Trawling through the past 12 months of someone else's post's could also be deemed obsessive .

There were 6 or 7 blocks sold of 22 - 25 K so probably Miton out for good, they were all delayed trades, explains the 40% drop past two days, so should go back up next week.....until the traders dump. Hello FK1... how are you keeping? Roly

The RNS says the division of Falanx cyber security, however that is the whole company, if sold the buyers pay down the dept, which would be taken into account on the price, however if anything other than a total sale with proceeds going to shareholders, I would be voting against.

Hi NTMU, Just a few points, apart from all the drivel I am reading here. Traders hitting this hard hence the poor SP action today, surprised as buys seem to outnumber sells. One thing for sure is that all we read here is pure speculation, there are so many questions, but clearly only the board have the info, to me what I would like to know is, how much cash left, and did the board put the business up for sale or were they approached ?. The proposed sale however is for the entire business as the business is only Falanx Cyber Security, hence if the sale goes through I believe that shareholders will get 100% not a dividend as you suggest. Value = ?, looking at recent sales in the cyber market I believe that the price could be in the 50p - 70p however would not rule out higher but unlikely to be lower. To those new here I am quite familiar with FCS (FLX), and am a LTH.

If FCS is sold, I would expect a price in the region of 60-70p, this is based on recurring revenues and turnover of peer companies recently sold. OSI sold for £2.8M and is a smaller company in every way compared to FCS so I would expect a similar price for FCS, or better, this is a accumulate / hold till we see further news which will be soon.

Quite a lot of posts yesterday in very poor taste, you few should be ashamed of yourselves and stop insulting others behind your keyboard. This board is about HARL and not to be used as a tool to insult, no wonder many decent posters have stopped/reduced posting. I would ask all to report the posts I refer to in the hope that those posters will eventually will be removed.

Due during the next 2 weeks, with luck it might give the poor SP an uplift, interesting point for me will be the monthly cashburn & cash in bank, once a raise is not flagged and orders / revenue have increased then we could see a significant SP raise.

On another point... the DELT board sent a petition to LSE asking that the poster known as Noel S, be removed from the board, he has not posted since, here's hoping...

The last valuation for I.M. was £40 - £60 M, this is a Cenkos valuation not HARL, and was before invasion . Having said that, due to debt and overheads (Unless you are in the clouds), if sold only a portion of the sale price will be reflected in the SP, certainly not 69p as seen here, one of the best ramps ever !!
