Amati reducing again, looking at last years AGM resolutions, it is possible that it was Amati voting against some of them, this is based on shareholding then. The P.R./Comms from the company is appalling, maybe we will get our yearly update in August at which point it would be good to close the door on this investment is possible, I look forward to the AGM in December and have to ask what happened to the £7.1 M cash and how's the repayments of the Boost loan going ?, followed by "When is the next cash raise " if there has not already been one. At least my other AIM stocks are fairing ok.
Will do, As you know I used to hire boats up there every year, but they sold up this year, will be in Mayo 1st two weeks Sept fishing, might get back up to Killyhelvin Oct mid term, will let you know, still waiting for HARL to come good so can buy a decent cruiser to keep on the Erne............. Come on HARL.........
Many thanks for that update/info , I was up your neck of the woods a few weeks ago (Lough Erne) doing some watersports badly, stayed at the Lakeside lodges attached to Killyhevlin, not bad there, will go back, only poor thing were the northern Tayto !!!.
Bubble2021, Good call I think, I have been adding dribs & draps sub 15p to my current level with my average now 18.5p.
On another point, I did not listen to the last interview with J.W. but not sure why he said no news till September, probably better to say nothing if that is the case,
The last valuation for I.M. was £35M - £50M, the valuation was about 18 months ago by Cenkos.
TBH I would of thought that we would of received news of future contracts by now, the Scotwind contracts were due to fall H2 2022. No news till September.... not good, let's hope that the J.R. falls our way, this then will be followed by credit contract news and then a FID for I.M. , IF the J.R. is negative to the co, the SP will fall even though there is no value in the SP at this time, the LTIP not looking great at the moment !!. Have a good summer all, till September, Roly.
Errrrr Hang on, I am from Southern Ireland, we do not need an Airforce as we are a neutral country, however the small Airforce that we have is used for maritime patrol and search/rescue, also our Navy not only patrols our fishery area but is regularly deployed in the Mediterranean for peacekeeping and helping with the refugee crisis.
Stokey12, good to see you back, unfortunately this board has gone to " The Dogs " and very noticeable that the more informed LTH post less, which is a shame for all.
A question if I may about the JR. Does the judge have to make a decision or can he decide to pass the JR to say the non existent Assembly for further review ?. Thanks, Roly
Hi broomtree, my own thoughts are that if the JR is either kicked down the road or goes against HARL, the SP will get a downward kicking, clearly we do not want that to happen, however if the JR goes with Harl I would expect to see the SP towards minimum 24 p - 27 p, the project to Harl is worth minimum £40 M (Cenkos figure from Q4 2021), this then would be closely followed by a FID for I.M. and then the new credit terms which could push the SP towards 30p. Clearly just my own thoughts and apologies in advance for my poor grammar/English !!.
Hi Chrisatrdg, TBH it would be better for all if TDF stopped his insulting form of posting, also I do not understand how he has so much time to constantly post here given his various work commitments, talk about multi tasking !!.
TDF... maybe you should read back some of your posts the following day, especially the one's in the pm posted during/after your six pack. Hypocrisy comes to mind..
I would look in here again, however alas there has been no change since Former FD arrived here last November followed by Tele Tim and now TDF, all this poster does is insult posters who do not agree with him, a true carbon copy of a keyboard warrior who posts from the safety of his basement. The only reason I highlight this is in agreement of a post by Hebridean9, who noted that many genuine and knowledgeable posters no longer post here which is a shame as they were happy to share their thoughts here, and generally the board was civil and educational .
Look's like Major Tom is on his way to the launch pad, however take off is scheduled for August, unless FCS pull a huge rabbit out of a hat before.
TDF, You cannot help yourself, I did not insult you so no need for school yard bullying. I worked in the market for some years and was registered with the SFA so have an good understanding. Let's put the sale to Bab/Bae to bed...........I would be very sure that part of the FSS contract would include a clause that HARL for the duration of the contract cannot be sold to either a foreign entity or the above, for obvious reasons.
One of the most ludicrous ramps I have ever read on LSE, moving on in the real world, I would be happy if the LTIP was met, 2023 37.5p, 2024 46.88p and 2025 58.60p. The SP is down .6p today due to the false close yesterday which was 17.5p not 17p but given the sale/buy not surprising, with luck a bit of buying pressure during the pm, good weekend all, and stokey... your holiday is over.... back next week pls with updates on the JR, Roly.
Si Derman, you sound a bit like me, it took years for my family to take away my old gold Nokia phone, it made calls, received calls and had a list of names/numbers, furthermore a full charge lasted a week, also where is Stokey ? gone quiet for a while, just not on !! hopefully just a holiday and back soon.
I don't bother reading his posts anymore, all I see are lots of little green empty boxes, a bit like the inside of his head.
On another point, I would urge shareholders to contact FCS through their website, this co is now valued at £1.7 M, and the SP is in a steady decline, the comms from the Co to shareholders is at best appalling, the share consolidation was according to the board, to improve liquidity, it has had the opposite effect, looking at the RNS history the next update might not be till August... the SP will not wait that long, put some pressure on the company by contacting them, GLA holders.
480,000, that is a decent holding, especially in a AIM co and one that is as speculative as this, hope it works out for you given that you bought large chunks at 22p. Are you still a counsellor at your local G.A. ? admirable work.
