Disappointed that we have not seen a year end trading update, lack of Trustpilot reviews might indicate that sales at best are slow. IMO the board need to update the market otherwise the SP will continue to decline. On another point, I do not think it good business practice for the company to use cash to buyback shares, when the funds should be used to grow the company.

These are not sold by MHC, there are numerous large distributors for Flow Flex ,these are sold by LCW Sales, . Update maybe this week.

I agree with your point and feel similar, however feel that HARL would be better placed to partner up with a major in that industry, I discussed this with Arrun last January and felt that HARL should keep a fair % say 25/33% , this as you have pointed out is a annual recession proof recurring revenue.

May 2021 @ 29p, another load just before marine license, and more recently @ 12p but sold 25% of holding on the spike, however still holding plenty/to many !, fear this could drop to 10/12p unless positive news drops soon. Need FSS contract confirmed followed by confirmed credit terms agreed with Astra, with that I feel 30/35p would be fair value, I.M. alone is worth another 20/30p subject to JR and sale of. If all the ducks line up in favour of HARL potential 50/60 p year end, if not...well that is not worth thinking about.

Hi wyndrum, good to see you here, I remember you from my AVCT days. I have done my own considerable research into HARL and have my own view of a value subject to FSS, Astra credit and I.M. I am wondering do you have your own view on this that you might wish to share ?, Roly.

Hello Chrisatrdg, Interesting points you make in your 0843 post. I am no way an accountant but like most investors should know the basics. negative equity sounds bad, but when putting the slide rule over various company accounts, I have seen this on numerous occasions mainly due to debt and especially with young/new growth companies such as HARL, also I assume that the MOD carried out extreme due diligence to ensure that HARL survives the contract period, maybe hence the £77M inward investment in two of the yards. Would you agree with my thoughts on this ?, thanks, Roly.
