TT65,,I am not sure if you are referring to anybody on this board, but again it is no bodies business here who has what, I have been here long enough to know the genuine posters from the not so, furthermore I have been to a few HARL events and each time had to prove that I was a shareholder, I will leave it at that.

Hello TT65, Quick question, Why should anyone have to prove a shareholding on a board such as this ? The only time I have been asked to prove a shareholding is attending a AGM or investor on site presentation. Roly.

Well Pal, Yet again the launch has been delayed, the problem appears to be on the flight deck with the crew (Board of directors), who clearly are unable to fly the rocket. I have said before they need to sell the rocket before it becomes obsolete .

I discussed this with Arrun at the Belfast meeting earlier in the year, you would have to assume that the project carries more value today, my point to Arrun was that I felt HARL should keep a % lets say 25/33 % as it is a guaranteed yearly revenue stream, even through times of recession, and let a major take 66/75 % and run the project, with HARL also benefitting from the fabrication of the build.

to report Former FD yesterday after reading his post @ 20.34. I thought the post could only be written by a sick individual and again was an disgusting attack on another poster here. I note that the post has been removed and also the whole thread, however the post can still be viewed if you click his name. I did ask LSE if this was the sort of poster that they wanted here, and suggested that they be removed. Hello All, I used to be a shareholder here, however sold my holding at a loss July 2021. Trying to work out exactly what has gone wrong here and would an investment be foolhardy or astute. Please confirm that DVRG did raise £10M in a recent placing but only received £800 K of a proposed £2.5M broker offer, also what is current debt and I assume the placing was partly used to pay the debt as DVRG were unable to meet the loan repayments, I am trying to see what cash is left given that the Co appear to be running at £5M loss p.a. Understand, but I think it would be unusual to try to renegotiate agreed terms, however the potential windfall for Astra could prove advantageous to HARL for future negotiation .

stokey12, my take is that the new debt facility will close first if sticking with the 4 to 6 week close, lets say late December. We do not know if directors will buy more, hence why I say this, why do you ask ? Good to see this board getting back to normal, till the next leg up.
