Thanks stokey12, so this board might become more sane next week . Last Friday's RNS was awful however the SP has held up considering. Not stating the obvious but we need sight of FSS contract soon which will be followed with the agreed credit terms with Astra. Given the RNS there do not appear to be any other contracts that might land Q1, there were some due to drop Q4 2022 but did not materialise.

Yep, 8 responses but I think they were aimed at myself, he has just wasted an hour of his life. MOVING on dodgepot what are your thoughts about FCS this year ? is this the year that the Co can move from loss making to breakeven or heaven forbid show a bit of nett profit ?

mcadder, happy new year to you, clearly it will be interesting from A HARL investors point of view. This used to be quite a good board with many good contributors incl yourself, however since the FSS news ( yet to be confirmed ) we appear to have attracted quite a lot of delinquents, who have done nothing here but clog up the board with attacks on LTH and generally post what can be best described as drivel.

I was expecting a 10% drop Tuesday open, but interesting to see what happens now after that article, midas well thought of and many follow. Happy New year and good fortune's to HARL investors, Roly.

james2k66, Apart from FTSE 350 technically you are correct, however the rules laid out by LSE are far more stringent than on AIM, hence why you have large MKT CAP companies on AIM, also the main market is less volatile than AIM hence why I would like to see HARL there in the future.

TBH stokey12 not sure, dual listing do not think so for a few years yet, would like to see a move to the main market but need a MKT CAP X10 current. It is not unusual to have two brokers, I think that maybe to much is being read into it. Placing... you need to ask yourself how much do you think they need to raise ?, it would be multiples of current Mkt Cap and at what price, but as I said before I do not see the need at this time. When we have the FSS contract signed and also the new £100 M credit terms, I think LTH here can breath a huge sigh of relief rewarded with a special glass or two, but until then......

Placing... you can never say never however I don not see the need for a placing at this time. RNS 9/11 Debt refinancing with AAM £100M to pay down current credit with Riverstone and provide additional financing towards capital expenditure/working capital requirements, this should be confirmed January, and also the £77M expenditure to tool up Belfast /Appledore.
