Hello RetiredBanker, I have a question regarding your 12.11 post today.

Where are you getting the wellness sales figures from ? I have been looking and cannot see unit sales or revenue just for the wellness tests. I was a holder here but sold some time ago, nursing a financial nosebleed. I am again looking at the company, but will not commit until I have sight of the wellness sales figures, my concern being that if the figures are low, the tests will be pulled by our retail outlets.

I can't post it, behind paywall. Also read JW response to the article which is on linkedin. It's make your mind up time here, fwiw ... having sold during November, I bought back in last week. Roly.

I have a feeling that I won't have to wait long, to find out if good or poor move. I cannot see the British government letting the Co fail, however my main concern is the possibility that shareholders could be left with nothing, if there needs to be a bailout of sorts, having said that, it was only a few weeks ago, that we saw a fleet of new vehicles, which I assume had to be paid for/leased OR are we starting a new vehicle hire company ? that could go onto our new Ro-Ro service to the IOS. I hope the board don't read this post, as they might think, OH that roly12 has a great Idea, what do you think A.R. ?, Hey why don't we give it a go J.W.

Having sold my entire holding here early November 23, have decided to buy back in today, I do consider it risky, but the reward (Multiple X), outweighs the risk (Total loss to shareholders). I look forward to commenting again on this board.

Given that he bought in at 19.25p I would say he is not happy.

RazzaB, As far as shareholders are concerned the Co is bust, as they will see no value going forward. If you are a shareholder vote Against the proposed resolutions , I see my post of last week has been removed !!!, in which I gave reasons to vote against, having said all this, I understand that other/major shareholders will be voting against. The only people that benefit from this deal is the board and company buying FCS debt free.

It looks to me that Austral wish to break into the UK/European market, hence this collaboration. Both Stena & Irish Ferries use similar craft.

Hi stokey12, re 12.26 post. There was a late reported trade reported yesterday 75,000 @15.30 p, this triggered the 15.30 close which was false, the actual close was 14.75, hence why we saw a 3.5% drop today before a trade was struck, also same happened on Tuesday's but on the downside, this sometimes happens on AIM, the actual close is always the mid point between the spread, hope I am not teaching "suck eggs". Now that interest rates appear to have stabilized we might have sight of a new Finance deal soon.
